Ebonyline is a great company, and the products that they sell are top of the line. I've been buying my extensions from them for over 10 years. And I can't say enough about their customer service …. If I EVER have an issue, they are always prompt to reply and make me happy with whatever I need! Would definitely recommend! :)
The wigs from here are awesome rather 100% real to synthetic to being a mixture. You can not go wrong I have been a valued customer for years and I will continue to shop with Ebony even my 20 year old daughter is hooked lol!
This company has the worst shipping history. You pay to get 3 days shipping and your package arrives in 7 days. If you must buy from them order a month before you need it. Their customer service is wanting, they keep lying about the delivery

They have a good selection and the prices are some of the best you'll find online before coupons or deals. This site has some deals, but you can't combine them and the lower-cost shipping, so it all kinda washes out. Also, the discount shipping times can be hit and miss, but that's a given considering its economy. Overall, very positive experience.
I ordered units from them 2 weeks ago... my purchase was complete and I didn't have any ongoing issues until they emailed me three days after my packages were supposed to be going through processing to tell me that my items are out of stock. I'm like how in the world is it possible for me to purchase something that's entirely out of stock. So mind the readers I ordered this two weeks ahead of time because my wedding is on the 12th of February and I expected to have them here before then. These people pushed shipping back a week for me and this is the third week... I have yet to receive an update on when I should receive my package! I will never order from them again! I really feel like the only credible offering they have is the few dollars cheaper their items sell at because customer service is trash and so is the shipping process!

So I ordered a unit that was listed as in stock with a 2-4 shipping time frame after not having any updates via email on an order status I emailed them. They were prompt at responding less than 10 minute! The customer rep told me that for their company if a product is listed as 2-4 shipping it really means out of stock and could take an additional 5-7 days Was also told that this is stated in their shipping policy, which I went back to read twice and have yet to see that listed. If an item is out of stock it should simply say that and not mislead customers. This is my first and last order from this company.

When a color states 2-4 days, it means the item is out of stock and those are estimated restock days. Anytime you order a color that states 2-4 days, the order can be delayed up to 2-7 business days. In-stock items will state "same day" on them. This is informed under our general information. I was using Ebonyline for a few years, the one time I didn't receive my ($350) package they do nothing. I get sent back n forth between them and USPS and never received my hair or my refund from either. I decided I'm done after that. When you get your stuff it's great, quick and wonderful. When you don't, you get no help or resolve!

Hello Ebonyline.com, Why did you send me a mail requesting me to send by identification card for verification and processing of my order *******? This quite unusual for online purchases. Why are your phone lines never answered by a person, and cuts off immediately after the machine recites its prerecorded message?
I have spoken to my Credit card company and they said all verifications should be done through them, because it is not safe sending such identification for online purchases.
When will my items be shipped? I paid for priority international shipping.
At first glance the site seems reasonable. The site is often out of the item you order. This is concerning because they immediately charge you even if they do not have the item in stock. Then you have to wait 7-10 business days to get your money back.
On top of this, the shipping is extremely high. So high that it is cheaper to use the 499 shipping than any discount they supply. Which means their discount codes are meaningless. They state that 80% have shipping start within 24 hours; I was one of the unlucky 20%. Us 20% have to wait 5-7 BUSINESS days, before receiving a shipping notice. Then wait a week to a week and a half for the basic 499 shipping. Now, you don't know you are apart of the 20%. I found out by contacting customer service. There is no heads-up.
That is not feasible on a time crunch. At this point, you might as well shop locally.
I placed an order over a week ago almost two weeks, I reached out to Ebony.com to ask about my order it was my first time ordering from them. Every day since the Day I ordered my order has been with their shipping department! They Reps are sooo unprofessional u can tell they are very young! They went back and forth with via emails. Just to much I would not recommend anyone to order from this sit it is not reliable and customers are not taken serious.
Every single time I order with them its a problem that's why I HATE when a unit I really want is only available on here sometimes I'll even wait it out until other sites restock. This has been my third time ordering from them and probably the last, if you don't have to get a wig from them then don't. First time I ordered with them they sent me my shipment notification then three weeks later ( I paid for 3-8 day shipping) I get this email saying I have to verify my identity to complete the order. Why did you not tell me this beforehand also why did you tell me my order was already on the way when in fact it was never shipped in the first place. The second time they shipped weeks after purchasing again even though I paid for express shipping. Their customer service reply time is laughable. Now this final time I'll probably ever order really was the last straw. I order a unit weeks ago, received an email that they will send me a separate update when my package would be shipped within the next 3-8 business days. Cool. Then by business day 12 (I got busy and new to just give them extra time after dealing with past issues) I email them asking if it has been shipped. They tell me it was delivered... okay so where was my update email? No where. Then, they tell me it was delivered yet it is definitely not at my residence as I check my mail every morning now its been a whole 2 weeks after calling and emailing and they want me to wait an extra 15 BUSINESS DAYS to open a case because the package never delivered. Literally what the hell is going on? SO sick of ordering from them.
Michelle gives false information. She told me to ignore the fact that Hector said I was charged and he was shipping a replacement that I did not ask for. Well guess what? I was charged again and the replacement arrived today! I should have been done with this company when one of their employees hacked my credit card before. I see other reviews had the same issue!

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past 6 years. I can honestly say that the customer service in general service all the way around has deteriorated completely. The last three times that I have placed an order it stated that it was shipped within 24 hours. After not hearing anything for a few days I would have to reach out to them just to find out that they don't have the product. On my most recent order on January 2023 once again they did not have my complete order and told me that they would send it to me when they receive it. Instead I received a partial order which I made clear that I did not want. Of course they have no number to reach out to anymore (in the past they did) so you have to communicate via email. It's absolutely insane. The chances of you receiving what you actually ordered is slim to none now. Please do not waste your time on this site. They will not get another dime of my money going forward. Hope it was worth it!

Now girlfriend ordered 2 wigs, were not delivered on time, payment issues. She doesn't even feel like trying to send them back. Company responds with same generic response. I told her to talk to summer or denise the same customer service reps that customers have mentioned on this site. If everything was fine with order, no need to contact cs, something seems fishy with those write ups
This site is my go to for hair. So many wonderful options and super quick delivery! (Well priced I might add) I will not shop online anywhere else for my wigs. EbonyOnline is a fabulous resource. Prices are economical and products are top notch. Even after receiving the wrong product, Desiree exhibited stellar customer service. I got exactly what I needed in record time.
Honestly they have great sales just make sure it actually shows up for the sale price in your cart and before you hit purchase. Please know your order will take about 7 days before it is even shipped. I believe this to be my 3rd time placing an order and it will be my last. After contacting customer service it was made clear that despite the company being located a few suburbs over they have to get supplies to fulfill those orders from somewhere else. Shipping from date of order is roughly 12-15 days. Also tracking info is not provided via the website but an email which sometimes you get and sometimes you don't. Truly want to thank the response about shipping received which confirms everything stated above. No order tracking provided and it takes about 7-10 before the order was shipped! Also no mention about why items don't show up in cart for the correct price. Don't get mad at me for not wanting to shop with you again or stating facts based off my past 3 experiences
