I had the most fantastic night of my life and I would travel all around the country to see EasySportsTickets again.

The tickets came really quickly and the seats we got were excellent. I would use this site again.

I ordered tickets for football world cup in Rio, Brazil for a match 25 June 2014 and despite a lot of e-mail confirmations they could not deliver - message about that only received a few hours before the match.
But to get the refund promised 30 days after event has not happened yet at date 21 November despite numerous of reminders. They don't reply. I have lost a lot of Money on this and I regard this company as a scam. My strong recommendation is to keep away from this company. Do not order tickets from EasySportsTickets. They will only take your money.
The last message I received from them was 27 August. Since than I have sent weekly reminder but they simply don't reply. To get hold of them on telephone is almost impossible - and if they do they say they shall transfer me to a colleague and than the line is cut.

It was a very horrible experience as i was robbed from watching the game. Do not trust this site it is a scam. I purchased 2 tickets for Juventus vs Cagliari match. First i bought 1 ticket order no ******* than i wanted 1 more ticket so before i bought the other ticket i called to tell them that i wanted the other ticket to be next to the first order and i was told to make a request when placing the other order. I ordered the other ticket and i told them that i wanted the 2 tickets next to each other, the other order no is *******. Now comes the worst part of all. They requested my details and my wife's details because of Italian football rules so they will know who is entering the stadium. I supplied them with all our details such as name date of birth and a copy of our passports. When we arrived at the gates to enter the stadium they wouldn't let us in because the names on the tickets where not ours, the steward at the gate wanted to see some id when we gave him our id he just wouldn't let us in. The names on the tickets where Vanessa Garibaldi from Catanzaro born 1986 my wife is maltese and born in 1959 the other was Dahlberg Mats Anders fro Sweden born in 1974 i am maltese born in 1958.So do not trust this site. I have been trying to get in contact with this so called europe's number one sports tickets site since yesterday 18/05/14 afternoon from just outside the stadium gates with no answer. Now i have been trying to get in contact with them from home back in Malta but the man on the other end of the line kept putting me on hold till the line went dead. I even left a couple of massages on there answering machine but no one got back to me. I will keep posting reviews untill i get my full refund. This will not stop here.
Unfortunately I have the Same Bad experiences with this Company. I ordered also two tickets for the CL final in Lissabon and after the Buy I phoned with a Young man, he Said I get the Tickets to 100 percent, then I read this experiences and I write Mails to the Company, if it is sure that I get my Tickets. Lora phoned me back and told me that I get the Tickets 100 Percent to the Hotel in Lissabon. I was sure, they are there, but at the Rezeption they dont have anything. I have sent a Lot of Money for the flight and the Hotel and now no Tickets for me and my husband. After the checkin I real an email that I dont get the Tickets and I get my Money back. But it was very Late. If I hard this informations a week before (Loras call) I would have cancel everything but it this moment it was to Late. I have sent an email but no answer, here i read, all the others also have no answer, I am very sad about this. I ordered Category 1 tickets for France v England in 6 Nations 2014. I was assured they would not be too high or behind the goal. The company delivered the tickets to our hotel in Paris as promised in time for the game.
I expect them to make a profit but the tickets I received had a face value of 62 Euros for which I was charged 227 Euros each. A 350% mark up, not a 350% profit, just approximately 3.5 times the face value.
The seats were only a few rows from the very top of the stadium in what the stadium would describe as Cat 3. Easy Sports Tickets redefine the categories themselves as anything along the pitch side as being Cat 1. This is apparently in their T & C but I did not notice it when buying the tickets.
ALL ATTEMPTS TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT WENT UNANSWERED UNTIL I POSTED MY ORIGINAL REVIEW ON SITE JABBER.
Once I had posted on Site Jabber I received numerous 'phone calls from friendly staff at EasySports Tickets/Online Ticket Express who told me I had got various parts of my story wrong. Without admitting any responsibility on their part they offered me a goodwill refund from themselves and the original ticket owner which equates to approximately 16.5% of the price I paid for the tickets. They offered the money if I would take my review off SiteJabber, I said I would post an amended review. They asked me to take the review off before they made the refund. I said that once I had received the refund I would either take the review off OR amend it/submit a new review.
They have since refunded me the amount agreed and I have amended my review.
It is a shame that their customer service department had not answered my call/emails in the first place but that they only became concerned once a bad review was posted online.
I won't deal with them again but am grateful that their customer service did eventually deal with the matter although it came with caveats.
I have lifted my score from one to two stars..

You are asking how come you paid 227 Euros when the face value of the tickets was 62 Euros, the answer to this question is simple, for such popular match the event is sold out months in advance and thus prices in the secondary market are determined by the market's supply and demand forces so for instance in your case we paid over three times the face value price in order to obtain these tickets for you. Add to it our modest commission, service charges and handling fees and here you have it.
Please note all the above is clearly stated on the event page literature as well as on the “Terms and conditions” page for which we provide also a direct link on the event page.

“When booking the client expressly accepts the difference in price over the face value of the Tickets, due to changes in supply and demand, the degree of difficulty, the cost of obtaining and most importantly, the cost involved in servicing and delivering the tickets to the client's position. EasySportsTickets prices will be different from the prices that may be specified on the actual ticket and the client cannot derive any rights from these.”
