Easy Sports Tickets

I bought tickets from Easysportstickets.com to the El Classico in Barcelona on March 22. Since I was quite sceptical about buying second hand tickets I searched for other peoples experience with this company. Obviously I did not do a very good job, as I after my experience found loads of stories from people who were ripped off by this company.

It all started very well. With a professional response on my purchase, and instructions on how the tickets would be delievered. Then, a week before the match, a mail arrived informing about late delievery. We were supposed to be handed the tickets at our hotel on the day before, or even the same date as the match. This is the last communication ever recieved by the company. The tickets never showed up of course. Tried to contact them by phone, email and chat (which the operator hung up after I explained why I contacted them). My mail with a complaint and request for the refund has never been answered.

This was a present for my son, and he had been eager with anticipation for six months. I could not watch his disappointment, and we very lucky enough to be able to buy new tickets on the street.

If you wouldn't like to have the same experience, and be ripped off of $1500, stay away from this company!

STAY AWAY! And DON'T buy tickets from EASYSPORTSTICKETS it is a fraud, I purchased a "CATEGORY 1 GOLD" for the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2016 final REAL MADRID VS ATLETICO de MADRID and they shipped a "CATEGORY 2" ticket to my hotel. Of course CAT 2 is a lower price ticket, I contacted them and they were saying stupid excuses. I emailed them the picture were it shows the area of seats marked on red where I was going to seat, which it was on the lower rows and they sent me CAT2 close to top rows. But they did NOT do anything. They haven't respond my last email where I sent all the evidence where it clearly shows the ticket that I bought and the area of where I could be seating. I DID NOT RECEIVED THE TICKET THAT I PURCHSED AND I DID NOT SEAT WHERE I SUPPOSE TO SEAT. REALLY BAD AND POOR SERVICE.

Taking my son to the real madrid v Dortmund champions league game on the 07/12/2016 we had booked tickets well in advance and cost us 75 each and got confirmation by email that we would receive tickets between 5 to 3 days before the match which is fair enough. It got to about a week before the match and got email saying tickets would be between 1 to 2 days before the match now getting worried then got email saying tickets would be sent out at 5pm on the day of the match. So I contacted easy sports to tell them that we were flying out at 10 am on the day of the match and would have no access to computer or printer and needed tickets before we flew out there response was that there was plenty of internet cafes in Madrid and deal with it. I told them unless I got my tickets by 10pm that they could keep there tickets got no response from them. By this time panic is setting in we managed to get two tickets from viagogo for £300 and received them within 10 mins of purchase game on thanks to viagogo. Easysportstickets will kill your dreams do not use. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED this company will stress you out.

I was a bit apprehensive with my order ******* when I bought two excellent seats to AC Milan v Lazio in Milano but they got me into the venue without any problems.

I really enjoyed Arsenal vs Monaco game thanks to EasySportsTickets. Had a nice day with my friends there! I will recommend you guys.
