I submitted a picture of my granddaughter. It turned out AMAZING! My granddaughter thought it would not come out well. I told her to wait and see. She LOVES it! And she wants mine. I said 'NO', order your own. I know just where I am going to hang this. Thank you for your professional service! I will be back!

Make sure you look over you portrait carefully. When mine came in I was totally shocked on how beautiful it was, until I looked it over the wood on the back was cracked. I was so so disappointed.

I had a previous order that the image was not of the quality I was expecting. I emailed your customer support and heard right back, and when we were ready to reorder a replacement I called and the call was answered almost immediately! The representative was terrific and super helpful, and the replacement arrived yesterday and looks great. We intend to order more prints for our offices and I will definitely use your company and recommend you as well to others. I worked in Retail & Customer Service Management for over 25 years, and this is how I would want my teams to treat our customers. Great job!

I ordered 4 8x8 canvas prints as special gifts. "Next day shipping" is NOT next day. I placed the order and the following day received an email titled Your Order Has Shipped. (I trustingly believed it, and was reassured the special gifts would arrive in time.) Only to discover all that had occurred was the creation of an address label. The Items did not ship ( leave the facility) until 7 business days after the label was created! (Items Arrived 5 days past the company's arrive by day indicated in their email.) Thus the special gifts arrived well past the needed and indicated time, Anticlimactic and very disappointed.

I appreciated the ease and smoothness of navigating their website, creating the prints and payment process.
The quality is equal to what you pay with the sale/discounted prices. The frame is good and sturdy. The novelty of having a personalized canvas print; I would recommend.

Cautions- One print came out a little bit fuzzy -possibly a lower picture quality. The website does not indicate picture quality as some other companies do. (I did NOT check for any recommendations on picture specs.)
Two prints have corners that are not taunt.
The solid color sides on one of the canvases was not an exact color match and it's alignment is off kilter.
If your not on a time limit for an arrival then all in all a decent convenient service,
All things considered I would use again.

Have used them many times but this one was wrinkled. Called in for a replacement. They are reprinting and shipping another one. Should have been caught before it went out

I love it, it is good price, good quality, easy to do, if I could do anyone can, I came out beautiful

I've used Easy Canvas Prints for years but may not use them again. Ordered an 11x14 print at the "special price plus $9.99 for shipping. Fine. They even sent me a new offer to order another 11x14 free, just pay shipping. I responded to this offer and ordered the 2nd print. However they charged me the regular "special price" plus $9.99 shipping. I was unable to change my order,,, their website would not accept my attempt to change my order quantity to "0". So my order was processed. I immediately contacted customer service and they apologized and promised to credit me for the difference which I deemed to be $14.99, the price they charged me for the print. Turns out they only credited me $6.85. When I asked why they said that shipping on the "free" print was $17.99. Here's their response:
"The offer for your free 11x14 canvas just pay shipping+tax has a shipping fee of $17.99 & tax of $0.99 for a total of $18.98 for a cost difference of $6.85 from the $25.83 you paid. The current promo applied on your order is for up to 87% off canvas with $9.99+tax shipping, each promo has a different offer for shipping along with a different offer for the canvas cost."

Seems to me their free print wasn't free after all as they jacked up their shipping price by $8.
Granted $8 isn't a huge sum of money but the business practices employed by Easy Canvas Prints -- first charging full price on the "free" order, not allowing an order to be changed on checkout, and increasing freight charges on the free item all add up to a lot of inconvenience and second thoughts on using their service in the future. Too bad, I was happy with their product.

I had a printing issue with an acrylic print. I sent them a photo and they agreed that it was a production error. They apologized and then offered me an 80% refund for something that is trash. Sorry, we screwed up, but we'll keep 20% of your money and the shipping fees!

My card was fraudulently charged and I have spoken to this company twice and was told they would refund those fraud charges, today I was told they will Not refund even though there was a different name address, phone # than mine. This company apparently doesn't know what they are doing by not telling me yes I would be refunded. I would not order any thing from them. Heaven forbid you want a refund. Thanks for NOTHING

So I was a bit wary given that they are MUCH cheaper than many other options. I was/am pretty impressed - very good packaging, shipping was even faster than I expected, I ordered everything via my phone, and the quality is excellent (especially considering the price). Many other sites are pricier and surely there are additional bells and whistles you can invest in (though they did have many as add-ons on their site), I'd be quite skeptical that many others can match overall value of this site though. Highly recommended!

Was super hesitant about ordering because the reviews were so split between great and terrible, but took a chance since they were significantly less expensive then other sites. They turned out so great! They look high quality. I love them!

Ordered a canvas on December 15,2021. Never arrived. Finally on Feb 4th requested a refund. It is now Feb 21st now and still no refund. I have never had such a poor retail experience. When looking more closely at the reviews, I realized there are many from: Reviews.co.uk which seems confusing considering the company is US based. Now I'm worried that this is a scam because it just seems so odd that what is usually such a straightforward transaction has turned into such a headache. Mind you, this was my 2nd order, my first order was no problem. Maybe one out of two ain't bad?

Watch for being overcharged at the end of your purchase! I attempted to use advertise specials more than once to order. The prices always jumped at the very end. I requested help via email, support ticket, and chat. Finally, the chat agent helped me get the advertised price (17.99 per print x 3 + 14.95 for shipping = 68.92) - UNTIL I received my receipt and the charge was 89.28 with NO explanation of the final charge being higher!

Has a canvas sent to me at an address I haven't been at in over a year. When I called to find out if I was charged for this ugly canvas they told me they didn't have the buyer information. I can give them the last 4 of the card number. So they have the card number but not the name? Now I have to call all of my cards and make sure I wasn't charged for this hideous canvas. And Janeva was terribly rude. Her answers were "nope" as if she was annoyed she had to try and help me.

This is by far the worst picture I've ever had put on canvas. They will not do a full refund so you have to eat a good portion of it. They said I could send them a better picture of what I sent but that was the only picture that I had. But they wouldn't take care of the entire cost! And I told him there's nothing on their site that says that this picture will not work for the 20 x 16 canvas print. Picture was extremely distorted no one would hang it on the wall. This picture was supposed to be a gift. They told me it was my responsibility to send them a professional picture. I am not a professional. I assumed this company would be the professionals and would do it correctly. I'm going have to cut my losses on this I will order nothing from them ever again because a refund service is terrible and I will never take another chance on them again. If I could give them know stars rating that's what it would be. BUYER BEWARE 2/7/22

Easy Canvas Prints is just what it says… EASY! I am a first time customer, and I tried Easy Canvas Prints after another company did a horrible job and sent me dark colored canvas prints twice. The whole online process was easy, and customer service was very friendly and helpful when I contacted them with a question. My 18x24 canvas prints turned out amazing! They're colorful and bright and look like the pictures I sent in. The price was so much more affordable than the other company I originally tried, and the quality of Easy Canvas Prints was 100% better. My prints arrived within a week and they were packaged nicely! I am very happy with this purchase, and I will order with Easy Canvas Prints again in the future!

As an artist, I placed an order to see if my artwork could be reproduced into inexpensive prints. A good outcome would have meant a long stream of continued business in good volume. What I found is the quality of the print is fine, but you can't get a full image printed on the viewing-face side of the canvas. After trying to use the automated tool without success, I spoke with a customer service representative to order an image that would NOT be cropped at all, specifying that the full image would need to appear on the front of the canvas. I was told I would need to purchase a custom size (at quite a premium price) to make that happen, and so I did. I approved a proof that showed exactly what I wanted. Then the canvas print arrived with the image wrapped on the sides - an image inconsistent with the image shown on the proof. And EasyCanvasPrints refused to correct the error. Instead, customer service tried to get me to buy more and pay more for EasyCanvasPrints to do a reprint to correct the error. EasyCanvasPrints refused to acknowledge its responsibility for the error. I don't know if EasyCanvasPrints is dishonest or incompetent, but it sure has no integrity to the service it provides. I recommend you find another company unless you really don't care about the product you receive.

I've ordered several canvases from them and ordered a couple of gifts in different sizes using the same image, all were clear but a smaller one. I contacted customer services about the blurry canvas and they blew me off. They've most definitely lost a customer. Terrible customer service.
