$#*! this company

EA is the $#*!test company on the $#*!ing Planet you can't get help from them even if you payed them too. I just want my damn account moved to my new phone. But $#*! no None of the Dense mother $#*!ers in their "SPECIAL TEAM" can do a god damn thing. I have EVERYTHING those mother $#*!ers need except a stupid Email conformation Back from $#*!ing 2019. I'm sorry I don't save every god damn email in my life, and your telling me i will never get my account back because of that single GOD DAMN DETAIL. $#*! y'all and every $#*!er that knows y'all.

EA games are Hackers

EA games destroyed several of my pc's with a mock version of windows that was implanted on my pc during gameplay. They first started downloading apps during gameplay, and then when I deleted the apps, they added malware, and highjacked my entire internet through remote access files, Bluetooth, hyperv, excessive camera files, drivers and thousands of files that were not windows all for spying purposes. They deleted my entire windows features and used their mock version of windows.They have deleted my ssl certificate so I can't upload any spyware programs. They have destroyed my bios and deleted factory files. They deleted audio drivers, and fonts so I can't hear anything or see. Everyday they are sending malware and files to my pc whenever windows is uploaded. I contacted authorities and I will not rest until theses criminals are behind bars. And I am compensated for their destruction.

I play Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes and I spent $10,000 USD on my account. The phone I played this on broke, and after getting a new one, I can't log into the account. It wasn't connected to Game Center or Facebook, but I have the player ID, proof of ALL MY PURCHASES, and they won't give me back the account. Now when I log into EA to contact their customer support I'm stuck in a loading screen. They won't issue a refund or give back my account, and it's ridiculous! They've lost my business if they can't resolve this and I'm going to continue to contact them and demand a refund or my account back until either one of those happen. All the while I'll be writing these negative reviews on ANY website that I can find that reviews this company.

And I don't need your sh*tty storefront. The fact I still can't buy Mass Effect 3 on Steam or GOG makes my eyes bloodshot with frustration.

I've been boycotting EA games since DA: I, and I intend to continue doing so until they put a bullet in the brain of the reanimated stillbirth monstrosity that is Origin.

They accussed me of cheating twice even though I have never cheated, I deleted my whole account because of there repeated wrongfull punishments that destroyed the whole game for me, I'm so angry that I would love to fight these people to the death

Questionable Methods
November 29, 2020

Some good content, can't fault them on that but cash grabbing much. The fact that a series like the Sims 4 came out in 2014 and is still expensive to this date would be justifiable if it followed the same trend like it's predecessors, which had a large amount of content within each DLC and base game. What is now currently split into two or three separate packs was once one pack for it's predecessors... why?... Cash grabbing that's why.

Yes business wise it makes sense, split them up to increase potential revenue, but where's the appeal if you sell them for the same amount as the predecessors with less content or requirements to have all three to get the same content as one. That will just P*** off you cliental, already your company has this "reputation" why ride that train if it's going to crash and burn one day, wouldn't you rather get off and get on a new train that ends up in a better location long term?

It doesn't mean change everything and all at once, it means develop a strategy that encompasses your cliental in the bigger picture, source outside ideas and use a dying system and poor reputation as an opportunity to create a new model and better company reputation that will last.

But what would I know... I'm only the consumer

You took my mony and i get nothing in return.
If ea decides to lock you out of your account, there is nothing you can can don to fix it! Theyll offer you a web form but it doesnt work! ( i wouldnt be surprised if they send me a link to the web form agan). The support team take you in circles and they say theres nothing they an do!

I cant play any of my ganes! I have actually been robbed.

Technical discrimination
December 29, 2022

EA has implemented technical discrimination in their report system, and they are not interested in improving it. Customers that use voice chat are not monitored, while customers that use text chat are.

The problem with this systematic flaw has major consequences to customers who are reported in-game. The chance of a customer getting a permanent ban for using text chat is incredibly high. I will explain in the paragraph down below.

Customer A uses voice chat, customer B only uses text chat. Customer A insults customer B with racial slurs. Customer B defends himself calling customer A toxic over text chat.

EA support will only receive evidence of the text chat. Therefore EA only executes an analysis on evidence of customer B, because the evidence of customer A is not there. They will quickly come to the conclusion that customer B is wrong. The word "toxic" or "kid" is already considered "hateful speech" by EA.

I became a victim of this systematic flaw, therefore I lost a lot of money and no one can help me. With this review I try to reach other people, so they can avoid being banned and hopefully avoid investing in EA. They do not care about you. They only care about the money.

EA is forcing me to uninstall orgin and install they're $#*!ty EA app is infuriating, they give you no option to refuse or work around it, i said * it and merged over just for my games not be able to launch cause of they're $#*!ty server is broken piece of $#*! i hope your company rots you POS

Ingame i reported dudes who use Nazi symbols as their image within game, very same Nazis report me for Nazism and I got banned while they play freely. EA people responsible for this are or pro Nazi or simply they dont even check anything they just ban you. Simply horrific experience they even sent me email giving me names, joking around my nick name. Couldnt believe this is happening with company like EA... I dislike NATO and my avatar image says "F**K NATO" with those " * " in order not to brake rules, so dude dislike that and called me as you can see on images "Goxy NATO" thats absolutelly unprofessional and low

So first off, the customer service isn't terrible, they do try to help. But, EA protocols basically hogties their people so they can't do anything to actually help you. Case and point, 10 years ago I signed up with EA on some game I don't even remember with an email I have long since never used and completely forgot about. Today, I downloaded Battlefront 2 on gamepass and when I go to play it, this old $#*! email pops up and says I can't go online without logging into this. Ok, whatever I can deal with that. Come to find out, no I can't deal with that, because the information they require to unlink it, you might as well send in a blood sample to verify it's you. There's no simple way to unlink it, you have to know your old info at the time of you making the account: IP address, card info, purchases you made, billing address etc. Which sure, not that uncommon but there's not even other options should you not have access to any of this information, and I've seen im definitely not the only one having this issue. There are TONS of people writing in for the same thing.

So, EA. If you happen to read this (very doubtful) get your $#*! together. No one who made a stupid account with you guys years and years ago will ever be able to find this information again. Who the hell keeps this stuff on file? IP addresses? Give me a break. I can honestly say I will probably never play EA games again, I can't even do something so simple as changing my email with you so I can go online, what's the point? You've lost this customer.

I had an issue with some orders from Origin, I went into EAhelp.com to resolve this and received a customer service rep named Shourya R, This person was very rude, treating me as if I'm an idiot who knew nothing. I give praise to the second rep Premjeet K, who quickly and politely resolved the issue, I am very disappointed in the manner I was spoken in, and quickly after being confronted about it, Shourya R decided to pass the blame to me, where I gave no attitude. Saying that I needed to be official within the chat. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe customer service representatives are supposed to be professional and civilized people.

Premjeet: EA doesn't charge any amount for the failed transactions. So if you have been charged for these failed orders, please get in touch with your payment provider and you will get a refund for them.

Shourya: Obviously, EA can't cancel it because the EA is the receiver and the PayPal is the payee. Hope you will get my point. I don't need to lie to you dear. You can raise your concern for a refund after completing the transaction. That's the policy not for you this is for every player. And please be official on this conversation.

Very disappointed.

Ea sucks and fifa 23

Ea is so trash that they cant make a freaking game to work. Every time that i try to lunch the game there is some stupid error that pops up out of nowhere and that takes me weeks to fix. They are that trash. Why cant they make their thing work like steam. When i eventually get my game to work (fifa 23) after month, i have the most terrible and stupidest experience. I am trying to play pro clubs with my friends and have fun, but guess what, all of the fun goes away because of some stupid npcs. I managed to reach div 1 and i was trying to win the title. But of course, my ai's are worst than when i was in div 5. This is RIDICULOUS EA. I checked all of my tactics and everything, but they all freaking suck. Not only the ai's are terrible but the referee is stupid asf. I get tackled to the ground 5 times and no card. I stab for the wall and i only hit the ball and i get a red card. LIKE WHAT IS THAT!. Their game makes it so that you want to play it, but in reality it is the worst game that i ever played. EA I hope you are seeing this so that you guys can change your platforms with the errors and fifa 23 pro clubs.
