So I ordered a pair of jeans and had them shipped to my place of employment. Turns out the post office tried delivering on a Saturday in which the business was closed. NO re-delivery attempt was made and the jeans were sent back. After 2 weeks of waiting for DrJays to receive the return so i can get my money back, i then receive an email stating they were deducting the money from my return amount. I have all the screen shots from the post office showing a re-delivery was never made but instead was given a reason that the address was wrong. When i called Dr Jays to confirm the address, it was the same address they had in their system and was told in other words it's not their problem and and full reimbursement wasn't going to happen!
Never again will i order from here! I will stick to Jimmy Jazz and refer all my friends to shop there as well.

I'm a loyal customer to dr jays, I've been buying products here for atleast 7 years, I'm highly disappointed with dr jays. I'm from Trinidad so when I order the package goes to my skybox in Florida then arrives to me in Trinidad. I accidentally clicked the old skybox address without me realizing until time passed and I hadn't collect my package. Tracking my package I saw that it was collect at Florida but at a wrong address, I immediately contacted fed ex they said I needed to contact dr jays to file a claim in order to retrieve my package That i spent approximately 100usd for. On contacting dr jays they immediately told me to contact fed ex, contacting fed ex they told me again to contact dr jays. Dr jays then told me nothing can be done and I've lost my package and money and they got the exact location where it was sent to. This has got to be the worst thing ever and I'm from Trinidad so I guess they couldn't care less about me. They made absolutely no effort to retrieve it, me being a loyal customer for years no gift cards nothing, I'm highly upset about this and everyone ordering stuff be aware please.

I ordered a pair of black distressed shorts but what was sent to me looks like someone rolled around in powder or paint and tried to wipe it off. They told me it's intended to look like the actual picture I took when I know anyone with eyes will look at these shorts and be like what's going on THEY'RE DIRTY. And they would not send me another pair because, and again I quote, they were intended to look like that and I just find that hard to believe because the actual picture that I took is not appealing to ANY CONSUMER.

Worst customer service ever, completely BS artist. Lied to me repeatedly through the process. Then told me if I refused the deliver, my credit card on file would be charged for the fee to ship it back, so I accepted it, and still had to pay to return it! When I called them on the face that they told me not to refuse it or I would have to be charged, they completely tried to back track and say we only said you may be charged... I have the emails. That's clearly not what they said and implied. So I ended up having to buy 2 orders of the same thing as a Christmas gift, the 2nd because they told me the 1st one already shipped and wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but when I checked the shipping info on Fedex, they picked them up at the exact same time. The 2nd order never arrived, and they say they are investigating and basically and told me I have to wait at least 7 days before the determine if I get a refund, and the 1st order that arrived late, I'm having to pay to return, then I'm told it'll be 2 weeks before I receive a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LIE AND BS YOU. PLEASE, BE SMART, SHOP ELSEWHERE!

My family and I are leaving from Florida to Missouri for the holidays. My son ordered a coat but we did not receive the coat from the post office, I called and spoke with a customer care person and explained my situation. They immediately expedited my order at no cost to me so my son can have a coat for the fall. DrJay's.com is definitely a reputable company I recommend ordering from. Extremely professional, understanding and caring. You don't get that to often it seems now days. Thank you so much. Keep it up and Happy Holiday to a great staff.

After ringing from the UK I received excellent customer service from Alissa, who placed my order courteously, patiently and efficiently after I experienced difficulties placing the order online. Next time I wish to order a gift for family in the US I shall go straight to DrJays
