Great resource for stock photos, but I can't count the number of times I made a one-time credit package purchase only to be charged the next month for a subscription. I have to keep track of my purchase receipts because this happens so often.
I want to download an image and am continually asked to subscribe, but I already entered my credit card for a subscription. I don't understand why I continue to be asked for a subscription each time when I have credits available. I feel like I am being charged multiple times.

Obviously I enjoy using the extended possibilities with dreamstime. However, I was not pleased when I could not extend my 'black friday deal' last year. Don't offer black friday deals if I can't apply... Second I don't know what happens, but quite often when I choose to download an 's' or 'm' image a not correct image size is downloaded. When I try to correct it, other credits are accounted for. Which seems not to be my mistake.
My credit card expired and even though I had auto renewal on and updated the credit card within that subscription period, all my rollover images (HUNDREDS OF THEM) are gone. That's several hundreds dollars!
In general Dreamstime is a good stock agency. A little disadvantage is the procedure to confirm that you are a human after enter your login. This procedure (press & hold) works not so perfect on several desktop computers.
I lost my card and no message from dremstime to change payment card! I have lost my pictures which I don't download in subscription time...
Everything is done smoothly. Except I cannot modified my email when my registered email has been lost.
I updated my card information when I replaced my card in August 2024 when it had been frauded and then for some reason it went back to the old number and cancelled my subscription and won't take the new card number
My goto source for vector files to use in my journal. Great customer service and most importantly i never come across garage sale files that appear to be uploaded to every stock image site.

I am satisfied with Dreamstime. Sales are infrequent, but they are there. The price for the authors is stable and not low.
Easy to use. Lots of options. I've used Dreamstime for many years so it's my obvious choice.
I'm concerned with how the billing works. And I don't like that you automatically lose the ability to use your credits if you put it on hold. I can understand offering a limited time hold (60 days perhaps) but a full cut-off seems wrong.
