Quick and easy and best price I could find on these shoes. Immediately after submitting my purchase, I was taking to the home page where they were highlighting that free skirts were available for the shoes I purchased. I called immediately and they included the skirts in my order with no issues.

I had a great online shopping experience, however, I did have a cause for concern... Your shop is the ONLY shop in Canada that I have purchased anything online with in a very long time, and perhaps the only one I ever bought from. Yet, only days after purchasing from your store, my credit card number was hijacked and used at a Canadian gas station and Canadian grocery store. Of course, the credit card was immediately canceled and those transactions declined. But, it would appear that someone helped themselves to my credit card -- this is not good. You may want to have a chat with your people. The authorities have been alerted.

I found the item I wanted at the right price.
Great price and product came quick (a lot faster then anticipated). Shipping was great and product was just a describe. Only reason I do not rate this as 5 stars is because communication between the website and Customer service is not up to par with this day and age of technology. After my order, I kept checking website for status of my order. For 4 days, status was "processing" I did not know what this meant. Is product not in stock, something wrong with the payment, did they get my order, etc... After the 4th day, I contacted customer service. They told me they will call me back or email me with the shipping tracking number. Never got a call back or email with that information. Later that same day, the product arrived at my door. It must have been shipped at least 2 days earlier as it was a big package, via UPS ground, from California to North Carolina. I was extremely please that it came that day (it was a gift for my son's birthday which was that day). Again, product and pricing was great. Packaging and shipping was awesome. I will do business again, but as a buyer, just be patient. To the seller, please review your website process, and communication. The little things will get you from being a good seller to a great seller.
Address entry at checkout was a little confusing. Very happy except racket had different string that advertised and was sent proper string but now I have to pay to have racket restrung with proper string.First racket I received was fine but this one was not as described in your listing.
