I've only used the app for a week. I was under the impression that it would be a little more interactive. I'm not sure this is worth the price. I could easily use my phones generic timer and any food tracking app for free.

The first day I didn't start the fast in the app. No big deal right, nope. You can't go back to the night before. Then over the weekend I went out so I ate a little later. I thought no big deal I just won't eat until the afternoon. I tried to log my fast just after midnight. Can't go back an hour and a half because the date is different? Ridiculous.
It's probably a fine app but tracking it keeps me going. If you can't do these common sense things it sucks in my book. I'd honestly take my money back if I could.
Bought the app subscription a year ago. I only used it a handful of times and then forgot about it until today when the auto-renew kicked in. I immediately reached out to customer service. They offered to only refund 50% of the subscription. I assured them that the app has been inactive for 9 months and that I was not currently using it. That was the best they could do. Very displeased.

I am not sure what I expected but I am not sure that the price I paid was really worth it. I haven't really experienced anything overly beneficial in using the app. I can self monitor my fasting times and use my fitness app instead. The meals that I eat are not generally listed in the app. Maybe that's a hint for me... I do like the way the app breaks down the macros for me. I instinctively knew that I needed more protein but the app gave me the proof.

So far so good. My only critique at this time would be the adding of calories isn't as easy as I wished it would be. Unless preparing one of the meals in the app, it's difficult to know how many calories if I'm just having something simple like a couple of fried eggs.

I began fasting less then a week ago, but I think it's going well so far. I didn't think I could stick to it, but surprisingly, I found it very easy. I'm excited and hope I lose weight. I've tried so so many different options and have lost, but as soon as I start eating foods I enjoy, it comes right back. It's so hard to keep it off, so here's to a new beginning.
Overall it's good. I'm enjoying the reminders, the meal ideas and recipes and the tracking. However, I would like to be able to record my steps manually. I have a step tracker but it doesn't sync with the app. And I do not carry my phone with me everywhere. Also, it's really frustrating that it doesn't keep your data if you lose connection.
The fasting timetables works great with my schedule and I haven't found it hard to eat the right foods. It works!

I like the fasting timer and the input of water, steps etc. But I wish the workouts on the app were connected to the program as well. I just did 20 mins and there's no record of it so I can see my work/growth etc.

This is a well organized and effective program backed by science and data. The app is okay, but the food tracking is very immature in its development and needs to be improved. The food search is not very robust and is difficult to use. In addition, if I want to enter a previously entered meal another day, the calories and other details should also carry over and not need to be re-entered

I'm new to DoFasting and enjoying it so far. I love all the widgets (water, workout, articles, etc.). Only area I'd like to see more on is the calorie widget. When I do a search for a food, I'm not always receiving the right info. It takes more time than I would like. Aside from that, totally enjoying it!

Answer: Ooooo yes...later I found out that there are way better Intermittent fasting APPS... I never recommend DOFASTING.
