The timer gives me motivation, I know that the fast will not last forever and once I click the stop button I will be able to eat anything I like.
Two things that are problematic about the app, first it has a very limited number of foods to pick when logging what I ate and second, I would like to enter the steps I walked but I don't own one of the two choice...

App is not what I thought. Basically it's a timer which I could do on my own. I do log water intake. But as far as logging calories it's aweful. Hardly any products in the system. And have to google calorie amounts of what I eat to log on my own. Most likely won't renew.
The more I use the app the more acquainted I am getting with it.

Makes it easy to keep track of what you're eating and drinking. Also keeps track of other info.The only thing is sometimes the site goes offline, but not much of an annoyance.
Love the water intake portion and the fasting portion.
Dislike looking up foods to get calorie intake. Often times doesn't recognize the food. Also freezes up on me a lot and have to close app. And start over.
Wish it would remember my past meals I record also.
More reminders would be great as well.

I stopped using it because I was looking for something more helpful then a timer. The recipes were nice but I did not need those.

The app is glitchy and not user friendly to track calories or water intake at all. Basically nothing helpful beyond the clock stop/start reminders. Maybe integrate with My Fitness Pal or build a better food database would help, but very disappointing.

Love how the app is set up - fasting time clock, documenting calories, water, weight and my steps but when logging in calories it doesn't save my previous entries to reuse again.
It's a hassle to keep looking up my macro info so sometimes I don't use that part of it because it takes too much time. Hopefully that can be improved upon. Thanks

App has helped me to control mindless eating, journaling is so important and I have always known this but I am easily distracted. Like everyone else life is very busy and has ups and downs. I am doing a 40 day yoga practice and a sepe red ate 40 day meditation practice. I practice Kundalini Yiga so every practice is different and fun. This forces ne to start early and start with lemon water.

I train in the evening,
It's a bit of a rush sometimes to get home and get dinner in on time, but the energy for the class has been really good. This week I've found I've trained everyday, I normally have to have a rest day but I've felt good so didn't have one and that's training at heavy loads too.

I have been using this program for one week now. Great app to help keep track of my water, food intake and fasting hours. I was surprised by the exercises also offered and enjoyed how easy they were to do and understand. I feel like for the first time in years I am on to something I can stick to.

Pretty easy most of the time. If I start getting
Hungry or just want to eat something goes it taste good, I'll find something to do. Go for a walk, go to the store, start dinner plans for husband, clean the pool, etc

This new way of eating/ time I eat has been an easier transition than I thought it would be. Snacking after dinner has been something I've struggled with and as soon as I hit the Fast button, I'm fully committed to not eating.
