I have done intermittent fasting before but I feel with this app and the reminders is a lot easier for me to accomplish my daily goals.
The application gave me hope to lose weight at the fist place, but later on I releazed that oh boy it's way more than simply loosing a couple of lbs there and then. I see this practise as a way to finally have the discipline in my life and will to make it right for the rest of my life.

When paying for a program, it is reasonable to hope for a higher level of support. Improving the app's calorie counting ability through a better database of food items and allowing previous entries to be copied (the recent category only uses the name and does not carry over calories and macro information). A weekly newsletter with several other articles may be helpful or allow the user to choose how often then receive emails and on what topics. Having a coach to pair up with would be helpful, even if it is AI (some algorithmic type of service that follows up on goals…it seems like there is something there but I don't see it as being consistent). Otherwise, having the ability to see the duration of fasting time, time leading up to fasting, and the stages my body goes through during fasting is helpful. I do appreciate there is a database of healthy menu options and workout regimens. Maybe that is where the coaching could come into play is the accountability part.
I am enjoying the app and the process of intermittent fasting. I have had some difficulty with the app a few times. Certain scenarios include when tapping on the app it logs me out so I have to log back in again. It does that a couple times a week randomly. Also I've ended my fasting window, and the next time I go in the app to record my water or calorie intake, it tells me I need to start my fasting window and won't show my current time counting the current eating window. It's like it doesn't know that I was fasting and there's no time showing my eating time.

I think it is easy to use. I'm seeing results quickly. I have tried a lot of different apps and they have either annoyed me with how many things they wanted me to do or haven't been easy to do. This app is just right. Holds me accountable and easy to follow.

While I might not be the most diligent at keeping up with my schedule, this app definitely helps to remind me to stay away from the pantry during my "off-hours". I set it as a widget on my iPhone home screen, so I don't have to go into the app to start and stop, and it shows how long I've been at it. Great product!

This app needs a lot of work. It is unstable. The pride of making a 18 hour fast diminishes when the app loses the data.

I feel as though I have wasted my money. I have had this app for about 3 weeks. I've had to delete it 3 times and re-install, and I'm about to have to delete it again. It either freezes up (like now) or logs me out and then doesn't recognize my log-in info until I delete and re-install. I haven't missed a day of fasting since I've become a member but that doesn't stop the app from forgetting my progress. It's nice when it works but that is few and far between. How do I get my money back?
The timer is great, but the app constantly logs me out and loses the progress of the fasting window or eating window I was in. The food log isn't great as there is no barcode scanner to log easily.
I think the diet is good. It seems to be working (lost 3 pounds this week). But the app is a little "awkward." I was a designer myself and feel I may have done it better. Still, it works and delivers good information.

I like that the app tracks my steps and I can track my water intake, but as far as inputting calories, it just isn't user friendly. I also don't like that I can't look back on my progress in an organized way (or at least I've not figured out how to do that). I do really enjoy the articles to read.

The program click-baits one into believing that fasting alone will enable you to achieve your weight loss goals. Then a day or two in, you get an emailed article explaining that fasting is just one part of the "healthy life style" you need to adopt, which includes drinking a ton of water, adhering to a target calorie intake, and doing thousands of steps each day. The whole fasting thing is just a way to keep you from eating for 14 hours at a time each day to get your body into keto burning mode for that last few hours. Can you lose weight using the method? Sure - just like any other diet-and-exercise method out there - IF you take in fewer calories than you burn. Left me hungry and tired from low blood-sugar levels all the time.

This app does more or less what I expect it to, though there have been several perplexing notifications during the time I've used it:
*"Your weight went up, but it's okay!" Thanks, but I literally just entered a 2# loss?
*"You've been fasting for 2 days! Keep the streak going!" I've been fasting for 3 weeks, but apparently we only do 5 or 7-day streaks.
*"Don't forget to start your fast!" Literally started it 2 hours ago, what are you talking about?
Again, it does a really good job of tracking the fast, and I love having the widget on my Home Screen so I can track it without opening the app. It's just a little wonky sometimes.

So far, so good. The most challenging thing to me is logging food. Not enough selections.
This is where the MyFitness apps shine. They don't provide the same service this app does. May have to track calories there and transfer by unit in lieu of the actual meal.

I've tried other fasting apps but have to say this is best. I'm down 4 lbs in a week of fasting. Started with a 16/8 fast but changed to an 18/6 and saw changes. Love recipe ideas also.
