Had trouble entering my groupon codes. Called 7 times and got hung up on each time by an automated answering machine. Preceeded to undertake an online chat which was a useless and ridiculous waste of my time. The person I spoke to, Tim M, was unhelpful to the nth degree with nothing to say but sorry. There was no offer of help or way to not pay the extra money and postage fees which I should not have had to pay according to my groupon voucher. Disappointed and annoyed at the lack of customer service. Will not be using this company again and advise others away.

With so many design options as well as custom font styles and colors, I had a lot of fun designing nametags for my son's school items. And I like that they are personalized just for him! Production and shipping were super fast, too - the product arrived ahead of schedule.

The books are a great start for our great grandson's life. He's enjoying them already. Just the sound of his dad's voice excites him. His mom and dad are getting him ready before he is born. With the book being all about him, he can grow up reading this book.

I ordered a small play blanket from Dinkleboo and it arrived on time. And in good condition too. The blanket is for my grandson, and he loves it so much. I have three more grandkids and they are a bit older. So I am thinking of getting them the medium and the large sized ones. What I like best about the blankets from Dinkleboo is that they do come in very attractive, educational and personalized designs. I've ordered from this company before without problems--don't understand what their issues were this time. Ordered xmas presents beginning of December never heard anything from them -- emailed asking when items would arrive--get an email saying a refund is being given; department would be made aware of the problem... wasn't my order good enough to be filled--would have liked an answer of why the order wasn't filled!

From ordering, to review to receiving - Could not be happier and the book is absolutely adorable and the colors are bright and beautiful! Ordered for my Granddaughter's 1st birthday that isn't until June 30th, but wanted to get it ahead of time just in case of delays! Surprise to me but ordered it and it was delivery within 10 days I think. Am planning to order many more. And highly recommend for any child as there are so many options! I don't often leave reviews regarding companies I have done business with but in this case I just had to! The book I ordered came in perfect condition and beyond expectation! The real superstar however, was the customer service. Due to an error with my local post office, my order was unexpectedly returned to the company. I called customer service and Dinkleboo went above and beyond anything I could have expected to get a replacement to me very quickly and in time for Christmas gift giving. Ordered 2 personalized Christmas themed storybooks with Groupon early December. Received one within a week. It has now been 16 business days from stated shipping date for second. Customer service stated it should be here by Monday... 20 business days and well after Christmas!

Based on the shipping dates we were quoted by our shipping providers an order placed in early December should have arrived by the holiday but unfortunately we did experience a few shipping delays. Dinkleboo is amazing. Not only are their personalized story books beautifully written and illustration and a hit with my 4 yr old granddaughter but their customer service is extraordinary. The shipping address was incorrect on a book I just ordered for Christmas. After calling and speaking with LaQuita, she processed a replacement book at no charge so my granddaughter would have it by Christmas. Thank you so much!

I ordered Christmas presents 4 weeks before Christmas and was told my shipment was dispatched within 24 hours of the order being made (amazing!) Christmas came and went and still no shipment received. Emailed and advised on 18th December that my shipment must have been lost so a reprint will be done and resent. No details when or how long they'd take. 2 emails, a long additional complaint email, Facebook posts and direct messages later, still no response, no books and disappointed cousins oh Christmas day. Absolutely shocking, even worse... I recommend the company to friends who placed orders and not received them either. Tried the companies online chat who ended the conversation after letting me the shipment was sent and telling me I would receive the order this week. Despite them saying this was the original order which I already know is lost. Disappointed is an understatement.

My recent experience with dinkleboo was horrible. I made an order back in October through a Groupon. In this 2 months time I had moved across town (same city). Had emailed to ask where the order was and receive a bunch of "error was not on our end." They could not resend the order without me paying again.

Did you place your order in the middle of your move and therefore it went to your previous address? Was the order delayed or returned to us? I need to understand what exactly happened so that I can assist. If everything delivered on time and to the address provided then yes you would need to cover the cost of reshipping but if there was a delay in your order arrriving that caused the issue then that should have been covered by us. This company has the worst customer service I have encountered! They have NO phone contact just email and dont hope for a quick response! 5 emails I have sent asking where my order is, i have recieved ONE reply saying sorry here is 60% off your next order! No mention of when I will get my order! I would never bother shopping here again! Wish I had known how slack they were and would ordered somewhere else. They are not even cheap!

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
