I ordered some canvasses a while back and when I noted another 70% sale I decided to order more products. I am astounded at how amazing the quality is and how beautiful every single product has been. I get really quite excited each time another parcel arrived. The blanket is just outstanding and above and beyond what I expected. I will certainly be using Dinkleboo for my photo orders in the future. Hopefully one day Ill make enough time to order a book.

Love the custom books with my child's name we have two of them so far. Also love the labels that are washable and last a long time. They are great for school items, water bottles, and lunch containers, etc.

I've ordered several books for my granddaughter. She is just an infant but I hope to have most of your book collection by the time she's two. My daughter is a second grade teacher and even though she is only 3 months old my daughter reads to her every nite. My daughter thinks that they are amazing story lines and written well. She will have then forever.

This book is the cutest and it arrived before Christmas. However I noticed we were the only faces of color in the book. There is a page in particular that has a crowd of people and there is NOT a single black or brown face. My daughter absolutely loves the book and although we teach our children that love has no color I would have liked to see that also displayed in this book.
I use 'Put me in the story' quite a bit, decided to use Dinkleboo because they had a good sale. Ordered a book as a gift for a babysitter and the book came with part of the title and babies name printed on the spine of the book. Reached out to the company and they were quick with responding and told me they would print a new book and send it right away... which they did, the only problem is that it is exactly the same as the first one! Now I have 2 personalized books with the name printed on the spine. Put me in the story is much different. They reach out to you right away if they see that there is something off on the book and they work quickly to make sure it's done right the first time. Their prices are the same, if not better and they have sales as well. I just wish they had a sale when I needed to order this last book!

They ship ups them send it to the post office, the post office has no info and loses package. Buyer beware if you buy this as a gift, it will take the longest estimate to arrive if it arrives at all. Save yourself the headache and use a different company

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a book weeks ago and they issued a tracking for me, spoke with someone who said my order will be here by end of week still not update on tracking and no book! I now CANT REACH ANYONE, they won't answer and refuse to give refund! Horrible customer service and they're thieves! Should be disgusted in the way they handle things (these books are for children). Also I spoke to fedex they told me they never received an item to ship out but they see the company created a label and this isn't the first time this has happened with this company!
Delivery was quite fast. However, quality of the label is not what I expected. The print were not accurate with the size of the label, so when removing the label, part of my son's name was out of the label. Very very disappointed. Will definetely NOT order again.

Initially, we thought postage was included with the voucher, only to discover postage was worth more than the memory cards purchase price.
Get details of all costs before purchasing Groupon vouchers. Not easy, as it isn't mentioned until you finalise your payment details.

Ordered a "photo blanket". Was unable to preview the results and what I received had half a photograph which I had submitted. After numerous correspondences with Dinkleboo (God forbid actually being able to speak to anyone, all by email) I was offered a "one-off" coupon which would allow me to pay delivery cost only for a replacement which should have been correctly supplied in the first place. Imagine my surprise (NOT!) when I stupidly tried to use the coupon (against my better judgment) and the code was deemed "invalid". Beyond angry and wish to warn others thinking of using this company.

Bought 2 customised pencil cases on 25 November with groupon. Contacted them on 23 December and they said should arrive by today. But it's the 26 in singapore now and no sign of the gifts. It's supposed to be Christmas gifts for my nieces. Now can't contact or access their chat. Disappointed with this.

The fraud alert is put on the account by the payment processor. I'm not certain why it happens from time to time but it is an issue we can correct. Ordered two Groupon for books, Dinkleboo says codes not valid. Read other reviews and behold same problem. Bad business and social media word of mouth can damage their business. I hope they can help me order my books asap.

We enjoy visiting the zoo and my father bought my son the personalized Zoo Book on Groupon. Ordering up was super easy and the final product is beautiful with vibrant colors and a great personalization I know my son will love as soon as he understands.
My only feedback is it would have been nice to have had ground shipping included in the Groupon, kind of felt like a gift without the batteries. No big deal, again, just feedback.
I will certainly look into other gifts in the future.

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
