Tried to redeem a GroupOn voucher for two hardcover Xmas books, and pay the $5 shipping. When on the DinkleBoo site, it made me pay an extra $10 for the books, plus $5 shipping, and then only sent out the cheaper soft cover books. Have tried a hundred times to reach Customer Service, but no response. Ended up costing me a LOT for very little, and HEAPS of stress.
The customer service representative was very understanding to what happened with my order.
She had no problem with helping me replace the stolen package

I ordered a personalized book for my niece through Groupon and when I tried to order the book it asked for a discount code, I entered the code that groupon sent but it wouldn't go through. I contacted LaQuita who was more than helpful and took the time to research the problem and came up with a solution quickly and easily. I ordered 3 books on November 30th. I received an email stating my books were shipped December 2nd. I still have not received my books. I have sent 2 emails and left a voice mail. The only response I got was an email verifying my mailing address. I wish I had read all of the reviews about this company before I ordered by books!

I purchased this book for my daughter's 7th Birthday and it was beautiful quality! The only thing I would have changed was I chose not to have a dedication page typed up because I wanted to hand write my dedication. When I opened the book there was no blank page before the story began. Thinking back I reacall this being said in the order but I misunderstood. If there was an option to write in a dedication I believe that would make it even more personal. Over all great product for the price. I also love how the stories can grow with the child, I feel with the personalized books with Disney charaters the child would grow out of quicker because their interests change. These stories can grow with them through their interests. I already have suggested it to friends and plan on future purchases.

First order fine, as a previous reviewer says.
Next order, a canvas with personalised details. They sent it with this year's date not last year's. (The baby would not even have been born yet so how could I have known the date, weight, length etc?) They sent me a 'copy' of my order to prove it was my error so I believed it and reordered, paying the same again.
This time the name was just one initial! Even though I had spoken with a Chat agent to say I was reordering and only wanted a year change. Again they sent me a 'copy' of my order, said it was my error and I would need to reorder! Now I'm daft sometimes but not that daft! So disappointing and a great money spinner for Dinkleboo I suggest, making customers feel they have made an error so they reorder.
Wish I had read reviews before, but they pull you in with a good first order service.
DO NOT USE DINKLEBOO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

My apologies for the trouble with your order. When an order is placed on the website it goes directly to production as soon as the order transaction is completed. Not at anytime in between would anyone be accessing your order to make adjustments or changes as the system is quite automated.
Now with the second order, did one of our reps actually make the changes on your behalf and place your second order for you? This is not typically standard procedure and not without a screenshot being emailed to the customer for approval. I will speak to the team if this is what has happened.
In the meantime, let's try to get this straightened out for you. I hate to hear you have ordered twice and now have two products that are of no use to you.
I will need to private message you to get your order numbers or email address used for the order so I can look it up.

I got lucky and found my granddaughter little red shoes to go with this book for Christmas! Im very excited about this Christmas present as she can enjoy the book for years to come! Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option. The $10 paid was for the additional soft cover purchase you made on the website which is why the soft cover books were sent.
