My son received a customised Christmas book as a present and I was very surprised with the incredibly poor story line and quality of print work. It really looks like a 12 y. O cut and paste the story in to the book, but most disturbibg was the story itself in which the child seems to be on deaths door for the majority of the book, and still is at the end - yay for Christmas cheer!
Started out as a rough experience with the online customer service. It wasn't allowing me to purchase using my groupon and the online customer service rep was absolutely no help. I then called their customer service and talked to a man who helped me get checked out although it took a few steps. Apparently you need to create an account to make a purchase and even then I had problems checking out because I live in Arizona. So, he took my credit card information and it was finally over with. I really like the name tags, but not sure why their website has a hard time with in state purchases. It was very frustrating and took up a lot of my day, but I really like the name tags.

There seems to be some confusion between your correspondence with the rep and the actual process. I will private message you to see if I can assist but below I will outline some of your concerns:
1. I'll need to speak to you to find out why the cart total not matching the items in your cart would prevent you from checking out. If you had a voucher for one set of labels and had three sets in your cart the voucher should just deduct the amount for one set and allow you to checkout and pay the difference.
2. You most certainly can order from a mobile device. Desktops do provide better functionality but mobile ordering is done everyday. She may have suggested this as a potential solution if you were having trouble checking out on your mobile device. That will sometimes help.
3. The Groupon Ad should say shipping starts at $3.99. (This is for economy shipping. Standard would be $5.99.) This is for one set of 48 labels as this is also a purchasing option. When you go to two sets (84 labels) it gives you 50% off shipping the second items so in this case $5.99 would be the shipping for two sets of labels. I hope that helps to clarify some of your concerns. I will be messaging you shortly!

I ordered my Christmas books Dec 3rd and they were shipped UPS Dec 7th. (very reasonable IMO) Unfortunately they did not arrive in time for Christmas, but did arrive yesterday which was very close to the max amount of time Dinkleboo predicted as they were being shipped to Canada. Any delay seemed to be with customs probably due to the busy holiday season and not Dinkleboo. I was extremely impressed and elated with the quality of the books! I ordered the hardcover. I will definitely order from them again as I have more grandchildren on the way! My suggestion to all ordering outside of the US though is to order a good couple of months in advance to when you want them as customs can be very slow. Thank you Dinkleboo for producing an amazingly excellent product that my grandchildren will enjoy and treasure for hopefully years to come!:-)

Ordered name labels for my daughters. Received most (not all of the labels) I ordered as well as some labels for some other little boy (that I obviously did not order). So we were missing some of our labels and this little boy is probably missing some of his. I took the time to write a detailed (and very nice) note to customer service (along w/ photos of the labels and all order numbers) alerting them of the mix up. It has been over a week and I have heard NOTHING from them. I would never use a company that cannot get back to me in a week to correct THEIR error.

No one ever emails you back, phone calls go right to voicemail and no one ever calls back. This is a super shady company who really should be reported to the Better Business Bureau of Arizona! Every confirmation email seems to have broken links that you cannot recontact them again. Shipping was astronomical so I added two little items to try and Receive free shipping and they sent the two items and not my four books! This is so fraudulent it's not even funny. And how am I my supposed to go to Christmas Eve and not give my four nieces their their presents? I really wish I could figure out what was going on.

I ordered 5 books in May for June and July Birthdays. I didn't think I needed to open them prior to gifting them since I reviewed the information online when I ordered.
One of the books was misprinted and I dreading trying to get a hold of the company, however I did. They responded within 24 to 48 hrs and we're able resolve the issue and we had our correct new print within two weeks.

I was having trouble with my computer and when I called Laquita did everything for me including my payment by phone. She was wonderful to solve this issue with and would recommend using this company! A+
I send my Godsons these with both of their names on them so my sister-in-law and my brother can put them on all of their bottles, bags, backpacks, lunch, pails, snack containers, basically everything that goes to daycare! Nothing gets missed placed at daycare because they know that these belong to them. They are dishwasher safe and they are long-lasting. I absolutely love them! I even bought them for me to label my smart phone, iPad, computer, and all of my supplies that are on my desk at work :o)

I ordered a 45" x 60" photo blanket as a present for my sister with pictures of my son and daughter on it. I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't arrive on time for Xmas but i was pleasantly surprised it arrived in plenty of time.The quality of the blanket was excellent and the pictures were also of a high standard.My sister will love this present almost as much as i will love giving it to her! 2 years ago I ordered these for my son. They are still on his cups! But I can pull them off of I want to. These go through the diswasher and go through a lot and still look great. I just ordered some for my daughter and doing was super fast and they are so cute. Love these labels
I ordered several books for each of my grandchildren, and I love every book they received! The stories have their name throughout, not just on the cover or one page. I will be ordering more books for birthdays and Christmas, and probably the coloring books, just for fun! Children will love these books, and so will adults, they are wonderful!

This is a scam! Do not order anything from them. I ordered 5 personalized books and right as I put in my credit card info I got an error message stating that my order had not been completed! I (as you normally would) tried a second time and it actually went through. But now I have two charges on my credit card and when I called the rep she was rude as hell and told me too bad. However she understood exactly what happened with the website. Apparently because I did not create an account it gave an error message which according to her tends to happen! HOWEVER no where on your site does it warn people of this but you know it happens and now you tell me I have no choice but to keep the second order! THE PURCHASES WERE MADE 3 MINUTES APART! Why would someone order two of the exact same personalized book? And your customer service is horrible.

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option. Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear you didn't care for the story. I know the book you are speaking of. I believe the child came down with the flu on the eve of Christmas near the end of the book. I actually gave this book to my young child and they really enjoyed being the one in the story to save the day.
