Nothing spectacular, but the process was seamless and my wife was overjoyed with the ring! Packaging was on point, and the diamond earrings was like icing on the cake. I will recommend Agape to everyone I know.

This is second time that back on my earrings has come off. The back is screw on back. First time I lost earring and back second time fortunately we were able to find the earring but not the back. Very disappointed in the quality of the screw back for these earrings.

I beloved I was buying a PAIR of Diamond studs, but it was only one that was purchased! I didn't believe that there was only one in the box, amd I removed the tag in excitement. Now I can't return the earring for a refund, only a credit. Very disappointing ….

Very brilliant and flawless diamond engagement ring I bought. 1-½ center is vvs2 quality and beautiful. 2 round.45carat off to side just as brilliant. I wouldn't shop anywhere else, price was on point and ring beautiful. Settings are perfect near flawless in every way. 280 likes on it as she shared a pic on social media the very next day.

Will be buying another soon enough from Agape...

Buyer Beware! These people are scammers and rude that's how you know they are not legitimate jewelers. Their metals are not authentic I had an allergic reaction to 14k white gold. Make it make sense! It's not real. I have tons of gold and platinum and nothing of this sort has happened too me and the stones are glass and not what they advertised on website. Then to exchange they want to charge you more money. One thing for sure they need the money and trying to scam people out of more money for an exchange. If you return an item do not remove the tag. This is the loophole they use not to receive your items. Go to a reliable jeweler and pay for what you want. Trash!

The site overall was very easy to maneuver and I was able to find what I was looking for. Ordering was also very easy. The product shipped as expected. The Agape Diamond packaging is quite nice; however, the diamonds themselves left a little to be desired. They are very pretty, but I expected them to be beautifully cut and deliver great sparkle. I must say I was a little surprised and disappointed that they did not live up to my expectations.

I would recommend these diamonds, just set your expectations a little lower than I did.

I receuved the engagement ring i picked out and for the design it was very nice. I received a pair of earrings as well. Both the ring and the earrings look dull glass. There is no luster to either. No matter what i do the ring does not have the sparkle of a cz, diamond. If you want to impress your future wife dont buy from this place.

I was not made aware upon purchase that the center stone was not a lab created diamond. I tried to have my ring sized by my jeweler and was told it was a CZ. Customer service worked with me to replace the stone with a lab created which I paid extra for. The difference is stunning. They also sized my ring. I am very pleased with their customer service. Just be aware of what you are purchasing.

I was happy with the look and quality of the ring. The earrings were a nice bonus. I was disappointed with the delay in shipping. I assumed that when I paid for Next Day Delivery that it would ship the next day or within two days. When ordering, I saw no statement saying that shipping would take 7 to 10 days. Come to find out that it was in fine print on a different page from the ordering. If I had known this, I wouldn't have spent $40 on the shipping.

I called for a replacement neckless because the size was too small and when I received the new neckless all they did was added extension onto the neckless. I did not expect that since I paid for it to be replaced from 16" to 18".

I did not have any issues with the delivery or the ear rings themselves. I completely satisfied with the style and clarity of the earrings. I would reccomend this seller to anyone looking for earrings.

I didn't like the size of them when I receive them they was much smaller than the actual picture that I actually saw & the earrings are to small for my ear they are like baby earrings on my ear I wasn't pleased when they arrived. So I am giving you a low ratings on these earrings that a lotta money for these earrings which is no worth the price.

I purchased one of your rings for my wife for our 25th anniversary. I had to contact Agape back and ask for a faster delivery. I had to go back online and pay for faster shipping and received the order when they said I would. My wife was so surprised and happy with her present. Thanks for a great quality product and for the smiles and happiness it gave my wife when she received it!

Customer service team walked me through as well as reassured my decision, even shipped it out quicker to arrive on my requested date! Would recommend 100x over again
