After my original wedding set was damaged and we were unable to afford rebuilding another one, I found Agape! The promotion they were having at the time made this purchase a no-brainer! We ordered and had the ring 💍 in a week!

They marked my bracelet down by 400$ for prime day two days after I'd received it. When I asked for the discount to be applied I got the runaround from customer services, who claimed I'd purchased a much cheaper item. I sent a pic of my order page for proof and never heard a word back.

I had difficulty being home at the delivery time since I work between eight and five. I had to reschedule my delivery date so it would come between the hours of 5 and 8 PM.

I purchased diamond earrings that are beautiful. They came in a timely fashion and i love them.

When I placed my order it stated that the diamond in the ring was a "simulated diamond" (a 2 carat emerald cut). Because of this I ordered a real diamond from another vendor to replace the "simulated diamond". When the ring showed up it was actually a real "lab created diamond" with a certificate which is obviously much different than cubic zirconia, or the like. So I basically have two "real" diamonds now. Of course, I spent much more by purchasing an extra diamond (even though the new one is much better quality) so I was a somewhat disappointed.

Quality is outstanding. Shipping was fast and secure. I even received a follow email requesting receipt confirmation. I appreciate the care and thoroughness.

They look exactly like the picture, nothing wrong with them, however I meant to purchase the round cut; I like the thicker prongs better
