This company is very dangerous. Stay away at all costs. They removed money out of my account without my authorization months after working with them.
Best services I have come across in a long time. Their designs are amazing! The website design was what I was looking for. I was also completely blown away by the logo designs and banner designs. They were original and exactly what I was looking for and more. They are even making a user manual to help me navigate my new website. Jasper, head of my development team, really broke things down and explained everything in a way that I could understand it all. They were really a joy to work with.
After some initial misunderstandings about copyrighting, I received excellent service. One thing I can say is that they were very responsive and completed revisions in a very timely manner.
I paid for a logo package to make my logo idea in the required format for marketing materials (I sent the logo design idea that I created to them trusting they were honest). I was very engage with them and even made the edits of the design myself (in power point) to make the process easier and they only needed to make the changes in their logo design software/photoshop. All the logo idea was mine from start to finish. While working on this, they charged my credit card $280 without my authorization and when I told them I placed a fraud claim with my bank they quickly replied they will reimburse and to please inform my bank to close out the investigation. After this my trust continued to go down the hill so at this point I decided to contact USPTO to do the copyrights/trademark registration instead of working that portion with them (Octa Logo / OctaGroup), however at the end when I got my final product they wanted to charge me $300 for copyrights services and threaten me saying they will open a legal case against me ignoring the logo was all my idea and not theirs. Do not trust this company. They will take your idea/design and make it theirs to then try to charge you and make money out of it. Sometimes if something looks to good or too cheap, is for something bad, is a scam and is not legit.
Below is the person that assisted me during this nightmare. OctaLogo and DesignProficient work hand to hand based on what he told me. He contacted me after I accessed OctaLogo website and I got confused because he was under a different company name but he explained to me that both companies are the same and that's why both pages (https://www.octalogo.com/ and https://www.designproficient.com/) have actually the same logo packages.

What a nightmare dealing with unprofessional people playing games and covering each other. I was so excited to get this done and trusted them but sadly they ended up to be SCAMMERS!

I hired Design Proficient to create a custom logo for my business and also to design my business cards, stationary, and flyers. It can be a tedious process with multiple revisions. Stick with it. Taylor Stephen helped me get my logo finalized and was quite helpful and professional. Will update on how business cards, stationary, and flyers go.
This company was great at first. But then everything went down hill quickly. At first hey took the time to listen to me and works well in completing the job in a good time frame.
But then everything went wrong. I still don't have my trademark. Things are really unprofessional. I will not use them again and am very sorry if my review in the past mislead people.
It was a bumpy process but that's how you get perfection. In my opinion we collaborated well and I got what I wanted!

I found Design Proficient online. The Octa Group Design Team led by Danny Kealin was great!
In less than 2 days they created a perfect logo. They listened to the basics of what I wanted ( trustworthy and fun) all else was a free area for creativity. Ohhh, I am so pleased!

So happy with how my logo turned out. I ordered my package on a Friday, and by the end of Monday, they had gotten me 10+ designs. They were very patient with me (as I had tons of revisions), and went above and beyond to design accompanying stationary and business cards.
I was also super impressed with the responsiveness of their customer support. They checked in with me frequently and handled all of my issues seamlessly!

I asked Design Proficient to create a custom logo for a side business that my husband and I have out of our home to build rustic farmhouse decor. From my initial email to them, inquiring about prices to the final, finished approved product with the files delivered to me for downloading (which included back-and-forth conversations with up to four revisions) was a total of 10 days. They were very responsive and worked quickly to meet our needs. My husband and I are happy with the service we received and with our final logo.
