Service and follow up was excellent. This was a very easy process to order appliances.
My contractor installed the machines, so I can't speak the the installation service. But the delivery was very quick, and they coordinated with my contractor so he could be there to install the machines. It was overall a really smooth, nice experience.
Shipping time was unduly long. Especially since only from New Jersey to New York.
I have purchased from you before and it was a worry free smooth transaction that is why I am back again. Will be renovating my kitchen soon so you will be hearing from me again.
Your delivery arrived 90 minutes after the end of the window. I was called after the end of the window time that they would be a "little late." When they arrived they dropped it off didn't help me unpack or check and had me sign a form skipping the check boxes and practically ran out. The excuse was they were busy with installs, so you'd think drop offs would be first. It makes me glad I did the install myself. The price was competitive, but when it comes to free delivery you get what you pay for.
Fast and Free shipping--I like that. Order came through well, my fault that it was wrong size and I need to return it.
