I appreciate went somebody take care on how they handle there's customers, and I appreciate how they treated me on my first purchase. I was a little skeptical on to buy Unifi product from another place other then the manufacture, but I was surprise for their customer service and how fast it was deliver to my house. Communication was fantastic! I didn't have to ask anything, they were on top of everything and their follow up with emails and notification were there before I had any question. I highly recommend to do business with them. I leave in Barrie, ON and bought a Doorbell. Received a notification from Fedex saying that they received the package the same day of the order. Very impress!
I ordered these headphones at a great price, and found DeployDepot's customer service to be as good as the deal. Constant communication about the status of the order, timely delivery and even a couple of little gifts with my order. The headphones are awesome--I had been looking for this model for a while and when I saw the great price, I took a chance on a company I'd never dealt with. Very happy I did. I'd definitely deal with them again.
I don't get why Ubiquiti doesn't sell PoE Injectors on their Canadian webstore. Fortunately, I found Deploy Depot, who does. Ordering was easy, shipping options were many and fast. Delivery was efficient both by Deploy Depot and FedEx.
I told the customer rep i needed a headset ready to go that would fit into J169 Avaya. Was sent product with no connector cord into phone. Was told needed to pay $39 extra for it. Bought cord somewhere else. People I called said had hard time hearing me. Tried to return product … very hard to do. Submit button on return form online did not work. Called Rep … she sent a link for return. Received reply a few days later that I needed to go to manufacturer to complain and register product problem. This certainly isn't Amazon
Great... maybe too many emails... the follow-up is important... but it seemed like I was getting a email to check to see if I got the email that told me about the email I might get later... that was going to check if the email was received.
Had no idea what to expect when ordering a phone for work from a place I had never heard of but, the service was fantastic. Sadly the phone wouldn't work with our system but even the return process went so smoothly.
I placed the order on a Sunday evening and it was processed the next morning shortly after 9am. It shipped on Monday around noon and on Tuesday it was in my community mailbox. Everything went smooth, absolutely nothing to complain about.

This Canadian business out of Montreal has a massive inventory and ships very fast. If you're Canadian I highly recommend you give DeployDepot a try. I'm never buying equipment anywhere else. Supporting DeployDepot is supporting the Canadian tech industry and will grow our relatively small tech economy and create opportunities in tech for Canadians rather then giving them away to the United States.
I already have a 750 and one 720 for some time now. I was looking to add a second 720 and a friend had mentioned DeployDepot so I thought I would give you a try. You had stock (which was really great to hear), your price was very competitive, you delivered it in a timely fashion and last but not east you are a Canadian company. Also I have already placed ANOTHER order for my third 720.

I ordered some busylights for our office on DeployDepot's website, when I ran into a few issues I gave them a call and with excellent customer service the problems were resolved. Shipping was very quick and the set up of our new busylights were very easy. This is a company that prides themselves in customer service... very evident from the first phone call. I would highly recommend this company for any needs one may have.
I ordered a Logitech G920, worried it was not in stock or back ordered. It was already in my head that of course so close to christmas, it would be delayed. Even on the tracking, it informed me beforehands. My eyes were shocked when it arrived 2 days before Christmas after 3 days of set date when I ordered it. Their service is so fast, and even though their company is based in Canada, these amazing people ship outside of Canada too.
My boyfriend loves it to this day, and after of course a software update and calibrating, it works with his XBox One X. If you are ever, ever worried about if a product is truly sold out everywhere, check this site before ever coming to the conclusion it is no longer available.
I purchased two VOIP phones and a base. On one of the phones, the power adaptor was defective. In order for me to return it - I had to complete the request on the manufacturer's site and send a request to DD. Then I had to wait for the approval and return it. Even after all of this, I thought that once the return was received I would get the replacement - It took over a week for them to ship the replacement. It has been almost two weeks from the time I notified them of the defect and I am still awaiting my replacement
As a first time customer I am impressed by the selection and availability of the product I wanted. The experience was satisfying in that I found the product I was searching for and was able to complete the transaction quickly. The delivery was quicker than was anticipated and the product was well wrapped and in good shape.

Now two weeks later than when I placed my order for an item that was supposedly stock in Montreal and, still, never got the email saying it's ready to pick-up... really disappointed. Should have bough it from Amazon or something.
The phone works perfectly. I wanted that model because my last was identical.
The phone was refurbished but was not cleaned. I had to spray and shine to take off a kind of red dirt all over every little hole and incurvation of the structure.
Last, I would have like to have notations on the phone and instruction in french.
But it works.
Initial contact with DeployDepot was via telephone calls, inquiring about product availability, warranties and refurbished conditions. The people I spoke with were very pleasant and extremely helpful. When I created my account, I did not notice a typing error in my email address, and when I completed my order I did not receive an email confirmation. I once again contacted them, by telephone, and was immediately helped with correcting the error, along with them immediately sending a pdf of the order confirmation to the correct email address. Absolutely wonderful people to deal with. The ordered items were shipped and received within a matter of a few days. A fantastic first experience with DepotDepot and they will certainly be my first contact should I have future telecommunication needs.
I placed orders for some items that were low inventory and I guess by the time the order was processed a few important items weren't available until the next day and might not have made it to us in time. DeployDepot had a second set of this hardware shipped overnight at their cost from a different warehouse so that we got the required hardware on time. They communicated with us along the way so we knew what was going on and had assurances that we'd have the hardware we needed.
We ended up receiving both sets of the hardware within a day of each other and DD made it easy to return one of the sets.
I gave a previolus review in which I complained about shipping charges. This was sent in error. It refers to a different shipment from a different company. My shipment from Deploy Depot came quickly and was received in good condition. The product I ordered works correctly.

This customer purchased a Quick Disconnect headset which requires an adapter cord. The item they purchased is clearly described as a "quick disconnect" headset which requires an adapter cable, the customer then requested a return claiming the product was "defective", we directed the client to the manufacturer to troubleshoot the issue. The customer had the option to select "not needed" on our return form which would have been processed instantly, but instead they opted for the "defective" option. We still approved the RMA within 1 business day and followed all of standard industry policies. We are sorry that the customer had a bad experience, we did our best to direct the customer towards manufacturer support to resolve the issue, and approved this RMA in a timely manner. We appreciate our customers who support Canadian Businesses, we aren't trying to emulate other companies and we have no plans to travel to space ;)
