For some reason the site said I had ordered 3 machines instead of the one I ordered. When I went back to change the information, it would not correct, so I back tracked and then went to another computer.
Other than that it was a good experience.
According to the website, I was supposed to get 50% off of the upholstery wand, but it does not show that discount was applied to my purchase.
Bought two machines two years ago had no problems with either transactions or delivery. Thery work great.
