I ordered almost 10k in parts on January 31st 2023. It's now May 9th 2023 and I am still getting the runaround. Everything that I ordered except the wheels was supposed to be delivered 3 days after I placed my order. After waiting months I finally receive what's supposed to be my order and the rear lift blocks for my Icon 4.5 lift kit for my 2007 Dodge 2500 does not fit. I was instructed by Icon to remove the flat plate that's welded to the axle. I explained why this is incorrect in a video and they told me to go through the company I ordered the lift from for questions. Went back to custom offsets and received no help. After 3 months of bs I asked for my money back. Custom offsets sends me a pallet with one box, two pieces of flat foam, and a packing envelope to ship my order back. Keep in mind that I had to be home to receive this package, and that's another day away from work for me. I ordered 5 wheels and tires, exhaust tip, stage 4 icon lift, and some merchandise. This does not fit on one pallet. So they waist more of my time forcing me to send pics of what I explained to them that I had for packing material, and now I wait some more. I highly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.
I bought vision rims with bfgoodrich ko2 tires. They were installed on the truck and vibrated very badly. I contacted custom offset and was informed they need to be rebalanced. I had them rebalanced and the tires still vibrated. I was then informed I needed to have them road force balanced. After completing that, the tire shop informed me the tires were not able to be balanced and were defective. Custom offset informed me that it is a manufacturer issue and unable to help. Custom offset was willing to sell me another $2000 dollar set of tires and refund me the money once bfgoodrich approved the defect. I did not want to buy another set of tires and end up with 2 sets of defective tires. I ended up going to 4 tire shops until a found one willing to work with me and bfgoodrich despite me not buying the tires from them. The only thing Custom offset actually did do was reimburse me for the rebalnce of the tires they provided. I still had to pay for mounting and balancing of the new tires. This ordeal took over 30 days to correct and again Custom offset was no help. I c
If there is an issue, you are on your own. I had over 12 emails, 4 tire shops, and numerous trips to deal with this issue. The money I saved buying on line was lost with my time and effort dealing with this very stressful issue of possibly getting stuck with $2000 dollars of defective tires and a company who doesn't stand behind what they sell.
Started off back ordered, decided to switch to something in stock. Changing the order was easy and they instantly refunded my deposit. Well done!

Harry - we definitely understand your frustration with your problematic/out of round tires you received and we apologize this was the case. However, we do not physically manufacturer the tires you purchased, and that was why it was recommended you work with the manufacturer directly. After all, the warranty offered is exactly that, a manufacturers warranty. Moreover, an out of round tire would be a manufacturer defect, that originated from the build quality of the tire, which is also not within our control. What we can help with is working with you to provide the manufacturer with the needed info to approve a warranty, and providing reasonable options to get you into a non problematic set of tires.
