I like how it designed, affordable prices and easy ordering process. Grea amount of things are there. But not everything well with the delivery, Sometimes it takes longer than I expected.

Lovely product and very well packaged. Slight delay in it arriving (through no fault of seller who had despatched it the day I ordered). Contacted Greig who in turn got in touch with Royal Mail and the package arrived the very next morning. Came across this site in search of a Katie Loxton bag that had sold out on the website. So glad I did, fantastic service! Placed order lunchtime Monday and the bag arrived 9.30 Tuesday morning! Beautiful bag, the only thing I would say is packaging could have been slightly better, as it all came in a Jiffy bag the KL gift bag was a bit tatty and bent. Unfortunatly the Royal Mail system incorrectly processed the order as 48 rather than 24. Order was received on the second business day rather than next and customer was refunded all delivery costs. We apologised and offered future discount for the mistake.
