From the first time I was in contact with Cura Debt (James and George). I was satisfied with the whole process. I have since moved forward and feel a sense of relief knowing that I have Cura Debt by my side until my situation is resolved.
I just enrolled a few days ago, so I can not speak of what they can do for me. But I have to say the experience of signing up was a pleasure because of Jim Freeman. He was so nice, explained everything to me called me back promptly and was just very genuine.
It took a lot of soul-searching to come to a decision to seek debt settlement and Zach F. From Curadebt was there every step of the way. He was empathetic to my plight and took a couple of months answering my questions, running numbers, and explaining the options available to me. He was patient and informative and I never felt like I was being forced into a decision, or being offered a solution that did not fit my problem. Their fees are reasonable, they offered me several options which allowed me to make an educated decision that fit my needs and didn't put more stress on my family, and the service is excellent. No one ever wants to find themselves in need of these services, but Curadebt is shows humanity, is without personal judgement, and delivers.
