Cuemath

My mom enrolled me into cuemath but i dont like it cuz its to hard but im the smartest person in my class cuz im the only one doing cuemath, so dont be mean (even though i dont like cuemath)

My daughter is doing cuemath since she was in sr.kg, now she is in grade 3, cuemath helps her in building the fundamental foundation of maths, she not only like maths but love the maths, all credit goes to cuemath, curriculum is designed in very structured way, math gym app is like cherry on cake, she enjoys every minute of her class, in online class cueboard is juz a not a tool but complete activity box, her teacher is also very humble and kind and motivate her alot, I recommend every one cuemath is the best learning platform, thank you cuemath team for designing such a wonderful platform.

I am a cuemath parent for the past 2 and half years. Cuemath is an amazing platform wherein Math is discussed with strong foundation as base. All the students who take cuemath classes will surely be allowed to get proper understanding of the previous grade topics so that the current grade topics could be understood easily. There is no need to memorise formulas in cuemath. The question of Why and How a concept came into existence is naturally made to understand by the live teacher experts and the simulation videos such that they knew the formula / multiplication algorithm easily. Apart from school math, logical reasoning, aptitude thinking, mental calculations and daily Math is given equal importance in this platform. The children can make the best use of all the available sources at their own pace. Children need not compare themselves to others. All they have to do is to compare to their own self & improvise in each class. I'm happy that my children are enjoying their cuemath classes. And thanks a ton for providing olympiad prep kit so that the children get used to all the beginning to advanced level of questions and giving them a confident exposure to higher competitive platforms. Expecting a lot more surprises and organized plans to use all the wonderful sources provided by cuemath. My children get one on one attention and at the same time he is been allowed to do independently. Thank you for making children love math

The coordinator Asma is fake and just keeps calling you to collect money, the teacher was unable to confirm times and was very unprofessional her name is Kiranmayee, she was rude and not respectful, when I am asking for refund Asma is not messaging me or calling back, I called her 5times to get my refund process, I expected Cuemath to be professional Math academy, but the services are so poor and so are the teachers, I have to get my refund processed I will not pay for services I have not received.

During the enrollment process, I had discussed with the Cuemath team that my kids' curriculum needs to match US Syllabus, but now my child says that it's not matching and has raised a concern.

After discussing with Cuemath team, they are requesting me to pay double the amount they introduce Cuemath Plus. I enrolled with last November, now they are asking to pay additional $1200 to upgrade for the next pending months to match the curriculum.

Is it appropriate to ask me to pay double the amount to match the curriculum?

Below is the only option I got from Cuemath to match my kid syllabus why they didn't inform when I'm joining after i raise the concern my kid not getting what needed asking to pay double amount and telling if your not paid by march will needs to pay more more...below is the mail from cuemath.

As per our discussion over the phone, the additional features (Syncing up school curriculum, Test Pre) are part of Cuemath PLUS Program.

It's not a mandate for you to upgrade your existing 68 classes. You can continue with the program you are enrolled in.

In order for you to upgrade to PLUS, there is a difference amount you will have to pay.

AVOID CUEMATH IF POSSIBLE DON'T GO WITH THEM. The customer service is worst. Referral payment is a complete joke. We have been with cue math no referral amount yet instead I get excuses that some else referred the person I referred. And this has been going on for months. But the teacher is excellent.

Need lot of improvement required by the team. Work hard on your marketing and sells team rather asking double the money

I have nothing to review about CueMath's teachers, they are regular teachers, nothing extraordinary about it. The customer service department on the other hand has left me reeling in frustration. We initially only wanted to try the service for a shorter duration, but with promises of easy cancellation and free workbooks we were coaxed in to the longer tenure program. Now when we decided to quit Cuemath, its been an uphill battle. It sometimes feels like banging your head on a wall. Unresponsive, unreliable team. All those promises became blatant lies. Now we are asked to pay for unused workbooks which was initially dangled as carrots in front of us as freeeee. As soon as I mentioned cancellation, they want me to pay exorbitant amount of money for six 100 page workbooks.
Don't get me started on their apparent selling off my Phone number. I got 20 spam call at least in a day 2 days after sharing my number on their website. I haggled with one caller and ask them how did they get my number, he said, I probably shared it on one of the 'education' website. Cuemath is the only education website I ever gave my number to.
I am still in the midst of this fiasco. Its been a month since I am trying to cut my ties with this company and still struggling to get it done.

Trustworthy for Parents and
Conceptual Learning for kids...
Cuemath has a very interesting way of explaining concepts. Be it math or coding, the teachers in the CueClassroom break down the topics and explain it by using real life examples. They also use interesting animation and graphics which makes the whole Learning very engaging for children. Infact, the quality of the teachers, learning modules, and videos are very good in the Cuemath Learning program.
As a parent I am really thankful and fully satisfied with the remarkable change in my both the kids.

One more useful thing about Cuemath is that every parent can closely monitor their child's progress. The program provides an enormous amount of support to any student to understand the concepts in an easier manner. My kids have become more independent and the development of their creative thinking can be easily remarked. As a mother I recommend this Learning program.

So it was a very good experience for me using Cuemath. I recommend you to try it as well. Really Trustworthy and conceptual.

We just enrolled our son in CueMath. Earlier he was with Kumon. We love the personal attention we get in CueMath and the convenience of scheduling sessions.
