Cuemath

Cuemath has horrible customer service, and they won't allow us to cancel our remaining classes which is such a scam. The teachers are rude, and disrespectful, and they don't teach well. My daughter said that they teach too fast and despite multiple times of her telling them to either slow down, they don't. Please don't ever waste your money on cuemath because they will loop you in and scam you.

We have registered for my kid for cuemath 9 months back for 1 year package for $1000. Once we registered and after few classes their response is worst. I have sent an multiple emails to *******@cuemath.com and they did not even respond to our query. I would suggest US people do not register with cue math and you will not see much improvement with Student.

My kid was joined cuemath last year and due to some personal reasons we are not able to complete all the classes teacher told us that your remaining classes will carry forward to next year enrollment but that did not happened I have a written email and whats app messages as a proof but still cuemath did not consider that and asking me to re-enrolled with full amount

I never got my id password and was unable to take even a demo class. Service is so pathetic.
Total waste of time. And on top of that this idiot Manikandan K replying after 10days telling that they are unable to reach me. I am receiving call around the globe. Such a pathetic excuse. Cuemaths NOT recommended at all. Please go for alternatives.

Cuemath is really a very good option for improving math skills. They provide lots of material to practice enough. Circullum is completely competitive range. There are well trained teachers.my son is enjoying cuemath classes.

I enrolled my kids in CueMath and guess what, their army of referral started calling, texting, emailing every single day. I keep on blocking numbers but a new number will be used next time. They now wanted to enroll my kid in coding, really a 3rd grader to coding? And asking me to provide my friends phone number for referral, I gave few phone numbers and now few of my friends started complaining same to me. Few of friends enrolled and after many months they didn't gave any referral based on that their referral campaign was. I won't recommend anyone to cuemath, their are much better programs here in US like Russian Math. Please their worst administration.

Cuemath provides great education to the students. We got Lata Lalwani as our teacher for my kid, She is really great and my kids love this teacher, they enjoy the tuition with her. She is knowledgeable and she is teaching good.

Looks like reaching cuemath admin people for any kind of help is difficult after class starts. They wont respond on emails and we needed to do lot of follow ups for clarifications. This part I am little not happy with them.

We had a terrible experience with cuemath. The teacher was impatient, rude, condescending and insulting to our daughter. I was observing in the back and her hasty and arrogant attitude left my daughter feeling deflated and frustrated after each class. When I tried to switch teachers, the staff was pressuring me to give the teacher another chance. Knowing that we had complained, the teacher was resentful and continued to bully our 11 year old. When I got fed up and asked for a refund of the remaining two classes, they waited for the period to expire and stated that they cannot refund an expired account. They made no efforts to resolve the problem; just hungry for petty money. The teacher as well had a teribly heavy accent and was often difficult to understansd and had delayed internet connection. I would not recommend this company at all. Really poor experience and waste of time.

Cuemath lets you only skip 3 questions, and I think that's not efficient at all. My children struggle to work on a problem that's way too difficult for them. I think this needs to be fixed fast. Cuemath is way too hard on my children, sorry to say.

I was new to online tutors but right after the first session Isabel began feeling more confident with her math!
She is now even participating a lot in math class, which is what I wanted, that she likes math and have fun! Teacher Kavita is clearly an expert teaching Elementary school students and I am extremely happy we found her and this program!

3 years back when i was looking for Math classes for my son, one of my friends told me about cuemath. We had a demo session and both of us liked it. Their approach is unique and child oriented. I personally like their active learning methodology where with constant guidance from teacher child is encouraged to solve the problem on his own which made him very confident in subject. I saw improvement not only in his math skills but his overall personality changed in a positive way.

Hello everybody I just would like to share a little bit about my experience for the application of cuemath me and my family we were so grateful to find it is helping my son get better on math I will definitely recommend also they have coding he loved it.

My daughter is with Cuemath for past three years. I love the way they introduced the concepts from basics, used simulation so that students can have a better understanding and problems from simple to difficult.It boost confidence in kids. Add ons are there Olympiad, Summer Camp and Electives which give students an idea how mathematics is used in daily life. Math Gym is there to increase proficiency in calculations. Overall a good program.

My daughter joined Cuemath 4 years back in grade kg, we could see her transformation within 3 months and till today she has great interest in maths and enthusiasm for cuemath classes. She exudes confidence in the subject and credit goes to great curriculum and teaching methods that not only expose children to variety of problems in engaging manner but also guides how to solve them logically and independently. Hats off to the Cuemath Team for developing truly one of a kind math learning program.

Cuemath reps lie a lot & unskilled teachers. So i was not happy and asked for refund. They said refund only possible if i'm ok for

2) Walmart E Gift Vouchers

Excellent visual examples that made learning so much more comprehensible for me, as a student. I love and appreciate how this site explains everything in precise detail as well as provides markedly helpful examples to further their explanations. Thank you Cuemath for everything.
