They will charge you to ship an item to you (makes sense) and to ship a return back to them(makes alot less sense). If the item is damaged, does not fit, or is otherwise incongruent with your desires you will have to pay an additional fee to return the item(flat fee of $6). To ship the item to me it cost $5, to ship back to them its $6... The items were of very poor quality (which is silly for $25 T shirts) and they were scratchy to wear, and very tight in the shoulders and chest. I returned them and realized once i got the receipt for return that this is the standard return policy for the company. If you get what you want in one shot they might be ok - but we are talking about buying clothing without getting to touch it, try it on, see the fabric in person - returns are going to happen and it seems counterintuitive to ALWAYS charge for returns. I should have read the return policy more thoroughly prior to my purchase so part of this is on me but truth be told i will not use this site again to purchase anything period. There are small time ebay shops with more fair return policies than this - for shame.
HORRIBLE costumer service. I ordered a shirt for my son and was to small. I couldn't print the return label because the website couldn't not find my order. Never again.
Look I'm usually not the one to leave reviews but... I ordered a shirt from them, returned it August 22nd. The item was in limbo for almost a month, until I finally got through to USPS. USPS told me that they use a third party shipping service called newlogstics to handle their shipping returns. When I reached out to the rep at newlogstics she had told me the item was delivered to Cubavera on September 4th. Mind you today is September 26th & I didn't receive a refund until I called them. No initiative by their customer service team to provide me with my refund. Had I never called they would have kept my money and ran. In addition to that they use expedited shipping for their returns and don't specify this, so I paid 20 dollars to ship back a 44 dollar shirt. This company is pure TRASH DON'T BUY, their shirts suck too..
I ordered my clothes form the website on April 30th and I processed for 2day delivery since I leave vacation on May 9th. I was thinking this would be enough time to get my order since I had put a rush on delivery. I called several times and they told me that my order is being processed. They said they would send emails with the confirmation which I never got. After my last phone conversation today, "the order is still being processed".
So my plan before i leave in a day for my trip would go to the mall to go shopping since I still haven't got my order.
We shop at this website for my husbands big and tall clothing and he always gets a shirt like this for his yearly birthday present. Comfortable and classy clothing at a low low price.
