My agency has done 2 WordPress website projects with CSS Chopper. The work is actually delivered by Sparx IT solutions, which in of itself is confusing. Seems that CSS Chopper is outsourcing to a partner, and this is not made obvious on their website. Their prices are cheaper than market average, however the work executed is not nearly the quality advertised. We had to complete both projects in-house because their team could not achieve the UI effects we requested in our brief. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND them for complex web work. They promise timelines they know they cannot achieve, deliver work that is riddled with errors and expect the client to test and provide feedback. They do no execute pixel perfect PSD to HTML, you will need to go back and forth repeatedly to get work corrected. This agency is not honest or reliable.
