Willy responded on short notice to aerate our front yard. He was on-time, business like, and did a GREAT job at a reasonable price.
Why do you raise your rates for posting a job ad by $10 without any notice? I will be shopping for a better alternative.
I live in this place five years. They have had five manager in five years the company is very hard on managers. The main manger drive other managers away I was told and tried to not have contact witty this managers. Your lease is only a year than month to month so they can raise rents. As for ground keep their is a problem their is dog stuff on the streets and maintenance does a poor job. This is many of other outside maintenance problem. Inside is about the same. As for fixing things could take a week. One of the ongoing problems is hot water problems. It seems the used water tanks not a boiler which causes problems. Yes, their has been bugs problems like bed bugs I had a few years ago. They did work on it it caused me money. As for other yes I heard from other renters. The laundry room has limited hours only on the floor and a three floor building. This causes problem trying to get your cloths done. Has there been problem in this area yes. It's with the company they used. Problems sometimes with homeless. Has for noise yes the hallways were carpet now floor which flooring. Carpet was better keeping the noise down. Parking is free but with permit but if you don't have one they tow your car only a warning about few days. The only care about money. As for pets yes with deposit and rent pet each month. The state members of Congress make sure landlords don't screw you with late charges, applications fees, court cost etc. The helps you because this company would screw you. They were good at one time but with changes in managers and Corporate and changes in time. They were good at one time. Try a better place.
Some people may be scamming others on Craigslist, BUT I'm not. I'm am very serious about finding someone to take over my lease in Jacksonville. I've made other posts of my apartment for student housing being available. The rent is actually $460, but it's pet friendly so if you choose to have one, it will be $480. It's a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom. Since its student housing, you will have 3 roommates or you can choose to move in with your friends. It's individually leased, so your rent is yours.
I will be more than willing to pay your 1st and 2nd half rent or give you the full $480 as promised in my other posts. It's really s win win because I'm asking you to take over my lease and I'm paying you for it. It's policy I pay 85% of the rent for breaking a lease, but I'm paying you 100%. It's fully furnished and electricity as well as water and cable are included. I'm steadily getting replies, but please don't reply if you aren't serious.
I have no problem meeting up and communicating over the phone. I no longer need this apartment because I've decided to remain in Orlando for my new job. The apartment is located at the District on Kernan in Jacksonville which is 5 mins away from unf and Fscj.
Feel free to Google the District on Kernan and call them directly *******400 and ask any questions.

I used klemp construction and remolding. They advertise and I was told he had a crew of guys. He told me it would take two to three weeks. They where suppose to start the Monday after July forth 2014. They did not start until July 21 2014. They stated good then would not show up this went on for a while. I asked a few times when they would be finished I was always told 2 more weeks. It then got to the point that they would only come a couple days out of the week. By this time he was paid in full. They told me they would start priming the walls and ceiling, after priming was done the colors started to go on, then you could see all of the bad tape and mud job they did. At this point I called him up and told him we where finished and refund me some money. He called me back that night begging to let hm finish the job. He begged and gave a bunch of sob stories like he did to get all the money. He did show up the next day, only to take all of his tools and leave. This cost us appox $4,500.00. This was including the work he was paid for and did not do and to have ALL the mudding redone. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. I have typed Craig'slist a couple of times but his adds are still out there, so beware!

Jeff you are a LIAR & a THIEF and as long as you continue to do shady business you will have to keep changing your company name. PREVIOUSLY LISTED as Reliable Paint & Handy Services I hired Jeff Dungan to complete a whole home remodel that I needed renovated to move into. He seemed trustworthy and professional in the beginning of a 2 month incomplete process, that he said would take 4 weeks worst case 6 to complete. After 2 months of coming by to check on my home and realizing he was barely present and continuously LIED about the stages of the renovation that were completed. I let him know I was not satisfied with his work(doors not fully painted, some can't even close, horrible paint job) and lack of progress and decided to place a stop payment on my check after spending $20k. Jeff realized he wouldn't be able to keep taking money and not completing renovations and he went missing along with materials I had already paid for. I hired a contractor to come in after him to complete the job and was shown the damaged cabinet areas, uneven tile work and unpadded flooring. Ladies. Please do your research and Stay Away from JD!
DO NOT USE "INSURED! Kaity Cleaners Go Pro Move in/Move out Cleaning Specials (Brandon/Valrico/Tampa/St. Pete/Pasco) *******235 *******@gmail.com"
Do not use this cleaning service. I am an out-of-state homeowner who paid $215.00 for a house cleaning so a new tenant could move into my property. Kaity charged $85.00 an hour for two and half hours (two cleaners). They sent me "after" pictures and I paid via PayPal. My new tenant and rental agent both advised me that it looked as if no one came to the house and cleaned. They sent me a series of photos that were a little more revealing. There was physical dirt on the floors, in the fridge, and food on the stove and in the oven. I asked for her to go over and clean the missed areas. She originally said she would go over and then changed her mind. In her response to me, she informed me that I should have come over the house to check the work or paid me by check (apparently, since I paid by PayPal, I had no leverage to get her to stand by her work).
Final note: I am not talking about being a nitpicker about the dirt, the pictures I was sent were not only obvious, they were disgustingly large amounts of dirt (apparently previous tenant was not the cleanest person).
Sorry to do this but to have that many people offer gigs and all them end up wasting your time thats $#*!in sad do better!
Craigslist used to be a good place to buy and sell. I now prefer Facebook marketplace as you have a better idea who you are dealing with.
I just sold my car took only 10 days I am very please and posting was real easy
Thank you
Craigslist
I have been a property manager of residential multifamily properties for over twenty years. In an effort to rent units by posting ads in newspapers, rental agencies, etc. was always lot of work. I must say that whatever else Craigslist is good for, and I'm sure there are many things, renting apartments has been made as easy as possible. The younger generation and even older folks now, are perusing Craigslist's for availability of housing.
For the last five or six years, I have used Craigslist exclusively for posting rentals in my area. Often I would start getting calls within a few minutes of the posts. It is amazing when compared to the old methods.
Placing images of the properties or updating information is about as simple as it gets. On first glance you might not think of it as an intuitive platform because they cover so many categories and interests, but once you figure out where your search or sale belongs it is an easy process. I would always keep an account with them because when I wanted to place a new rental, I wouldn't have to reinvent the wheel, I could just change pertinent data and bingo, the new add is up and running around the country.
Now I understand that Craigslist has a huge category of listings and this is just one item and there are plenty of scams and frauds on there, but this danger is everywhere out there, so you can never give out personal information before you see the property and meet the agent. In fact I did come across one scam where one of our vacancies was listed by some fictitious company for a ridiculously low price and they had a credit check site set up to save you time. Of course the credit check site was the scam and they got a few social security numbers out of it, so common sense is important dealing with online business.
Ive gotten jobs, sales, buys, girlfriends, friends, networking, and spam. But the good things way out the spam $#*! all day!
This site is a $#*!ing scam and everyone needs to stay off
I was scammed out of 500 cash and the $#*! never came back to do what I have him the money for. $#*! CRAIGSLIST AND ALL THEY STAND FOR.
Always get flagged bs site most of the time if you do get a response it's some creepy person trying to hook up its bs
This used to be such a great site. Now you get a couple of text a day regarding paypal, cashier's checks etc. What a shame!
Answer: Because the dealers pay them. Craigslist has turned into a spammers haven. There are next to no real postings left. The scammers flag real postings so their ads get priority. Its a dead site.
Craigslist has a rating of 1.8 stars from 513 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Craigslist most frequently mention customer service, several times and phone number. Craigslist ranks 188th among Classifieds sites.
