This was a very good refresher course. If you have never had a cpr or first aide course I would recommend taking a class as it is more in depth.
The course was not only convenient but informative. I was able to learn a lot without leaving my home. The only thing I disliked was it seemed like a bit of the information could have been in more detail, and some of the stuff was repeater over and over. With that said the shipping of my card was in less time than stated.
Yes, I was extremely satisfied with the program. The materials was easy to read and the videos was clear and understanding. I would recommend this program to anybody who is trying to get a CPR certification. For work or personal use really good program. So I would like to thank the company for having this program.
