I couldn't seem to find many options for the right sized spare wheel cover for my new trailer and stumbled across Covers & All on eBay initially. I provided the wheel sizes and choose a colour and about 2 weeks later it was delivered. Very pleased with the service, price and quality of the cover. Would definitely recommend them.

Very very pleased with the wheel cover I ordered for my campervan. The sizing was easy and the fit was perfect. Good quality fabric and I paid a little extra for custom lettering which looks fab. Highly recommend company and rapid service.

The specification was pretty easy and I got a bespoke plan with my dimensions before I gave the go-ahead. The cover was made and sent from India, not the UK, but the delivery was quick and everything was fine.

The delivery turned up very swiftly. Unfortunately the covers are oversized and although do a job they do not look made to measure.

I ordered the cushion covers on the 31st march. I also paid extra for delivery on the 12th Aprill. You have only sent me 1 email after I had to complain about delivery. No communication to let me know if and when Im going to receive my delivery

Initially had issues trying to order the cover via the website due to applying insurance everytime I went to the payment section but finally managed to get it for the advertised price. Delivery was late, with the customer service team simply advising me that it's not their fault but the delivery company so, basically take it up with them!
Once my order finally arrived, it's a great fit and really good quality!

Order cancelled "due to inactivity on my end" - no follow-up, no heads up before cancellation. I'm now told I need to start a new order from scratch and all the time spent exchanging with the desing team (often to provide duplicate measurements…) is wasted. Four months on, I'm still out of pocket and do not have my product. Poor experience and very frustrating. Second time around just as complicated, 3 months to get a simple design done. Upon approving the design and settling the outstanding amount on my order, I was sent an invoice with the « old » (supposedly deleted) design. Had to call to confirm they were using the right design. The next day, I got an email saying I had an outstanding amount to pay, representing a 20% increase in price! After being told 6 times that it was because of a change in the fabric (which had in fact NEVER been changed), a manager finally admitted to an administrative mistake and after recalculating the price sent a link to pay a small amount (which was never explained). The FOLLOWING day, I received another email for another payment representing a 25% increase. In the end, this was reduced by half but I still had to pay it and kept in getting the sale baseless justification. I now have the product and while it looks ok, it feels grossly overpriced. I'm not sure it will last the « guaranteed » 5 years and am not looking to enforcing the guarantee

I was supplied with the wrong brackets to install my roller shade and to get this through to the customer service team was very trying and frustrating. I am still awaiting the correct brackets to be supplied and mean while I have a £500+ shade I can not use.

Goods arrived were not as described on not what I ordered. I set out my complaint in an email on the 11th March and after trying to explain to five different people over 90 minutes, one call was 60 minutes alone as I was passed from person to person, only to be receive an email on the 15th March which only which did not resolve the issues.

Many covers fall apart after a couple of years usage. Although buying a custom-made cover like this is more expensive, I expect it will prove to be worth it.

I gave precise measurement's due to been in engineering and you said you allowed 50mm on top of what I gave you but it is still very tight and I don't expect it to last as long as I would hope

Cover & all were very helpful and sending diagrams through of the curtains we had designed, we had asked for magnet pockets to be stitched in as well so the curtains clip together in the middle.
They asked all the right questions and sugested a few bits.
Product came a week before planned so that was also great
