I ordered on March 6th with 1 pre-order. They hold your entire order, if it includes a pre-order, until complete--per time of order this was to be March 30th. To date, April 4th, the item was put back "in stock" and is now back in "pre-order" for May.
MY ORDER WAS SKIPPED/NOT SHIPPED IN THIS PROCESS AND THE ONLY "CUSTOMER CARE" HAS BEEN TWO OF THE SAME FORM LETTERS WHICH BLATANTLY MISREPRESENT THEIR "PROCESS," MAKE EXCUSES, AND OFFERS NO SOLID SOLUTIONS (EXCEPT A REFUND THAT DOES NOTHING TO COVER INTEREST PAID OR OTHER DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE MERCHANDISE THEY HAVE HELD FOR A MONTH--MY PART OF THE TRANSACTION "PAID IN FULL."
I have several corsets from Corsets-uk. They have all been of good quality and styles that fulfil my Steampunky soul. Their website is easy to navigate. Lots of helpful advice and are very good at answering any questions you might have about style, sizing and fitting. Fast delivery too. Plus some fantastic offers. I just love this site!
I have ordered 5 different corsets from Corset story. My first ever order I ordered the wrong size. Returning it was simple and received great service. All my other orders have been excellent quality. The product is beautiful. Ive worn them as part of costumes for our girly Butlins weekends and have always had compliments on them. Im a size 20 with 40hh breast. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered the corset from corset story and it was better than I dreamed of. It fits beautifully and comfortably holding everything in place. I feel sexy as hell with it on and will order lots more for sure. If you want quality and style Corset story is the best for it. Can't wait for next one.
Also don't go through dresslily or whatever site go straight to Corset story and you are sure to be happy.
I bought two different corsets and they were both pretty good, very well designed and manifactured. Those designs were quite basic though, I'd like to see further elaborated models, i. E. with sewn in push-up bras.
Corset Story is my go-to shop to buy a corset. Yes, it might take a few tries to get your exact corset size right... but once you do... its an absolutely amazing experience. I'm a burlesque dancer and a steampunk fan so I own quite a few corsets and I must say that all the corsets I own from Corset-Story are the best, price and quality wise. Their customer service is very friendly and the website is really easy to navigate through giving loads of detailed information about each corset... so you know exactly what you are purchasing... I highly recommend it as I have only had good experiences with it. <3

Had many corsets from here, never had a problem with deliveries, quality or returns(my fault, cant measure right!) if the items ordered are out of stock, they contact you and will either refund you or let you change your order if that is what you want. Always the first place I look for corsetry!
Bought a beautiful corset - ivory with roses around the top - for my wedding. Was too small but it was exchanged and sent back to me within 2 days and with NO hassle. Have bought other corsets too and always great quality and value for money. Highly recommend.

Customer service is great & very quick to respond. The only issue I had once was with Royal Mail misdelivering but corsets were quick to send out a replacement.

I have been buying from Corset Story for a few years and at the last count have about 14 and all are gorgeous, we had 1 or 2 that when they came did not fit well, as the size guides are sometimes a little out, but they were replaced with no fuss and in quicktime and i am very satisfied, unfortunately time goes by too fast and i have gone up a size so only 2 or so still fit but still make me feel sooo sexy So the prices are great and the offers are great too. I have recommended them many times. The sale service is brilliant, order arrive quickly, and if there are any problems they are happy to help. TIP: Buy them and wear them.
Absolutely love this site. I tend to avoid the fashion corsets because of their lack of boning yet all but one of my 25 corsets have come from this site. They have great deals and really good quality serious corsets. I've never had any issues with the delivery it's always arrived in time and well packed.
My orders received from Corset Story are always fabulously fast and everything ever ordered has always been of the highest quality for exceptional prices. I bought a corset for my wedding day from Corset Story and could not have been happier with it. I also use them regularly for my burlesque costumes so to withstand my routines they have to have great durability. Would recommend to anyone.
I bought my wife three corsets. First all three turned up in good time. Second the quality was very good. Each fits perfectly and she tells me feels very comfortable. She looks fabulous wearing them. We regularly check the site for new corsets. Look them up.

Unsure of sizing when first buying a corset, whilst the size guide is helpful we decided to get a couple of sizes to try. No problem returning the one that wasnt right. Quick and efficient delivery and same when returning for refund. The quality is very good too.

In our last email we explained that we felt we could resolve these delays in one of 3 ways;
I) You are more than welcome to select an alternative in stock design to be shipped in place of the pre-order corset which you are waiting for. We could them amend your order and ship your order to you straight away
Ii) We could cancel your order and refund you in full
Iii) If you are happy to wait for your order we will be shipping your parcel as quickly as possible as soon as the shipment with your pre-order corsets arrives
Our website clearly shows which corsets are in stock and available for immediate shipping. We also offer a selection of corsets on a -pre-order basis. Our website show estimated delivery times for these designs and the basket, checkout and order confirmation email all let customers know that select pre-order designs will delay your parcel from being shipped. Unfortunately partially shipping orders on the "4 for 1 Multibuy" offer causes a lot of problems with shipping, customs clearance and returns.
We have apologised for the delays and the inconvenience this has caused. I am more than happy to amend your order for you if there is an alternative design you might like in place of the pre-order corset, all I would need to know is which corset you would be happy to receive
