Despite being expected to be delivered by the end of the new year, my delivery which consisted of cotton workshirts, safety glasses and Timberland work boots actually arrived two weeks ahead of schedule.

Extremely satisfied with the whole experience from the time I placed my order. Company did an excellent job informing me of exactly every aspect of what ro expect. From the time package was shipped to the exact time it would arrive. I was updated always on the very status of transaction. I'm am a very satisfied customer and I will definitely be a repeating customer.

I received the first pair quickly but they were too small. I called a rep. And she said no problem. She E-Mailed a shipping label, I sent them back. About 4 days later I rec. The right size.
The boots are great, good quality good fit. I'm glad I bought them.

I had purchased the same gloves before I was very satisfied. But this time the gloves description same price. Gloves were totally different material. So thin compare to the ones I got before and bern using them and ripped so easily. Not very satisfied this time.

They lie about their inventory of apparel. Constantly. Everything shows as in-stock on line. Then you order, wait two days, and get a month long back order notice. The paid liar will then say: "It's our vendors fault"! (It's your website dummy), "We don't ship partial orders unless you request it." (Your own invoice shows you have zero stock) or any other lie. Most importantly, the company simply didn't care that they lie, or that it causes inconvenience. Want to be lied to? Keep shopping here.

Bought two pair of yellow leather gloves several years ago for my husband - one for work, one for home; he's an electrician for a local auto dealership complex and often works on live circuits because he doesn't want to slow mechanics' work by shutting the power down. He really likes these gloves because they're soft so he can still 'feel' with his fingers and they 'give' so don't constrict his hand movement like other, thicker leather gloves would do. The gloves worked fine until recently when one split along a seam and he got a shock because of the bare spot; here's hoping the new pairs will not fail at the same point, because they're really great!

Purchased two pairs of women's cargo pants. The price was very reasonable. I am pleased with both pair, however the darker color was a bit larger fit. They were described as mid-rise, but they were a bit lower cut than I was expecting. Fabric weight is perfect. Quality is very good. Wish they offered Short length. I am 5'4" and will need to hem two inches to wear with tennis shoes or work boots. Delivery was delayed by UPS because they delivered to the wrong routing station. Still I received in less than a week.

Order process was OK. Allegedly item was shipped via USPS. Somehow they were lost in transit. 20+ days later and I still have not received my order. Tried to contact Construction Gear and they basically stated it was not their problem. They would not replace the missing item or refund my money. Terrible customer service.

Very nice and amazing construction safety equipment offered by Construction Gear. I really liked the quality of the products, they are of high quality. The work boots are excellent. Feels super comfortable while wearing, Nice grip and cool design. Shipping service is also good. Order arrived on time and safely delivered.

I purchased several items for a tradeshow, happy with most of them except the headlights, they were $9.99 (on sale) but did not come with any charger, batteries, or any way to turn light on. The batteries are special rechargeable and cost 50.00. And you don't carry the batteries or charging cord. This item is no use to me. Guess I should have read the fine print.

Otherwise, everything was great... good prices, good items, good service, fast delivery. Thank you.
