The course was very thorough in explaining Dos and Don'ts of handling a firearm in North Carolina as well as its transportation in the nation. It covered safety as well as defense techniques. The instructor was very amicable and knowledgeable who kept the class participative and engaged.
Great class! Lots of good information and legal knowledge. The instructor was engaging, knowledgeable and entertaining. Learning how to apply with DPS was great info too. Which I was totally aware that I wouldn't be leaving with a CCW permit, but the skills, tools and certifications to make it happen! 😉
James did an amazing job with the training today. Covered all bases, and answered all questions that were asked in a professional manner. David was also amazing, answered questions that were asked to him as well. Would recommend this class to other people. These 2 guys were awesome.
Terry Scharfe was very professional and experienced. He made the whole process exciting and very educational which is something hard to pull off especially during the early morning hours!

The class was awesome, the time was great. I just wish the range was closer to the classroom. But, overall it was a great class led by personable instruction.
A wee bit expensive, but assuming it saves me time in satisfying Indiana's Concealed Carry requirements, then I assume it will have been well worth it.

Terry S. Combines years of experience with humor and common sense to deliver information in a way that is relatable and retainable. You won't leave feeling like you've been railroaded and put away wet, unless you are into that, in which case I am certain he can oblige.
He takes time to address all questions, from the mundane to the insane, no topic is taboo. You will not be disappointed in the material, delivery and execution of this course.
Attending the Concealed Coalition course with KC Brown was an outstanding experience. The program was well-structured, informative, and focused on responsible firearm ownership, safety, and legal considerations. KC Brown's expertise and engaging teaching style made complex topics easy to understand while reinforcing the importance of responsible firearm handling. I walked away with a much deeper knowledge of situational awareness, self-defense laws, and best practices for carrying concealed. If there is a part 2, I'm signing up!
I booked my 18 hr concealed carry class with KC Brown. I must say he is probably one of the best instructors in the country. He was very informative and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed his class and would definitely recommend KC and Concealed Coalition to everyone.
The most important thing to me was the aspect of not only the cost but the problems you can run into if you are not up to speed on the various laws. A female friend of mine that drove shuttle cars for a rental company was stopped for a taillight out (company's issue to fix) and asked if she had a gun in the car. Well, she said yes, but did not have a permit (California). She carried it for protection. Got 9 months in jail, banned from ever owning a gun, and a record. $50K in attorneys fees. All for being honest. So you need to know what to say and when to shut your mouth.
My training was very good. My instructors Brian and Chris did an awesome job teaching basic skills and situational aspects. I am much more comfortable, committed and confident than I was prior to this class. Both instructors are knowledgeable and it helps that they have tons of real life experience.
The instructor was really good at giving the class so much information in a way that was easy to comprehend. He gave us examples and pointed us to a lot of helpful resources to ensure we are being educated and responsible with our firearms. I don't know if I would have learned as much as I did anywhere else but I definitely left the course with a lot more knowledge and confidence.
The class was very informative, Mr. KC. Brown was. Very helpful in explaining guns. Gun safety firearm, safety legal analysis, the protection of home, the protection of self and the protection of third party. I would recommend this class to anyone. Desiring to own a firearm for protection.
Class was very well instructed and easy to understand. Rufino was a great instructor. I would definitely recommend his classes to any friends or family that are interested in acquiring their CCW.
The instructor, KC Brown, was knowledgeable and precise in his presentation, and his explanations were on point. The training covers key topics such as firearm safety, legal responsibilities, and situational awareness. His questions were encouraged and answered thoroughly with his presentation. His explanation of state and federal laws on concealed carry was clear.
I feel confident that I am knowledgeable about my legal responsibilities.

I am so happy I choose concealed coalition to do my concealed carry permit class, the experience was great and being in a class with instructor KC Brown makes it so much more interesting with his knowledge and humor, makes you feel so comfortable.
Highly recommend this course to newbies that don't have any information on handling a gun. I didn't know much about having a gun, and Mr. Aaron knows what he is doing, and knows what he's talking about! I've gained knowledge that I can take with me and share with others. I love the fact that Mr. Aaron is very blunt!

I learned a lot from this course and would recommend it to anyone who is considering getting their pistol permit. As a female I thought I was going to be in a "big boys" club but I surprised at how welcoming it was to be accepted. Randy was an awesome instructor and made learning interesting and fun.
