The cartridges they sent do not fit my printer, even though they agree that they are the correct product number. Their representative requested that I shove the cartridge in harder but the cartridge is simply to small and does not go in properly. Now I'm jumping through hoops, photographing the cartridges and uploading the photo, shipping the cartridges back at my expense and at a 15% restocking charge. I recommend you stay away from this company. Awful to deal with.

I have received a empty cartridge from this company. I called and spoke to Jim Muyco who said he spoke to the back room and they said no replacement or refund for this one 19.00 cartridge. The 100 percent guarantee is not worth the box it is written on.

Every company I have ever worked with has been gracious if I ever had to make a return for whatever reason but not compandsave.com. Somehow their website led me to purchase the wrong product and upon returning it, I did not get a full store credit to use on the correct product. Once I use my partial refund, I will never shop here again.

Their ink only has a 30 day warranty. So if you buy more than ONE, you better HOPE it is good! We have spent so much money with this company, getting extra ink for back up, only to find our Canon printer didn't recognize the computer chips on the blue and their Brother toner caused splattering and lines. They act like it is fixable and make you jump through hoops. Once you do all your tricks, you file for a label, which you will get in 1 to 2 business days, THEN you have them waste gas and create a carbon footprint for a bad cartridge that you have to mail bak. Oh, and once they get it, you have to wait 2 to 5 business days to get your money back. Meanwhile, you don't have a printer.

This situation has happened too many times to just be a one off. A GOOD company would sent a priority ink to you right away. I have seen these on amazon... same packaging and they were bad too, so this is a BATCH of bad drums and they must buy from the same pool of after market products. JUST DON'T! After 7 years, we are moving on to another company.

I had previously written a review on Comp and Save saying that I was having to pay for their mistake regarding a shipment.
I saw a copy of the original order and it was ME that made the mistake. NOT them.
I just wanted to clear this up.

This company is HORRIBLE.

I purchased ink from them and then the spam started. EVERY FRICKING DAY multiple form letter emails. All the same form letter in some cases. I requested SEVERAL TIMES they lose my email and still the SPAM continued. It's like having a scary boyfriend who won't take NO for an answer.

The ink cartidge that I purchased had very little ink in it. It was empty after a short time and was not worth the price.

Usually found this company very good. When we had a stolen piece and police gave us a case id. I started to follow up from October 2020 and have not received a package so far

Some where the communication is broken between, contact us, ordering and warehouse? How can they make me spend more than 200 mins for $45 Transaction not worth, my time

I bought over 10 cartridges because they are advertised as working on my printer but they do not and spilled ink all over my hands, printer and floor. The printer does not accept the cartridges and they come with a plastic covering you cannot peel off.

I tried to save $ but instead I now have to buy a new printer. The ink was never recognized by my printer even though it was the right kind. I had to take out the cartridge and reinstall it every time I wanted to print anything. This ended up messing up my alignment and then ink leaked inside so now nothing printed without skips in the print and sections missing. I loved my wireless Canon printer which is now junk! Ended up losing $, do not buy this!

I ordered cartridges by entering the model number in their site. When I received them, they fit in the printer, but the printer would not recognize them. I wrote them and they told meI ordered the incorrect cartridges. Well, their system recommend the part number I needed as I have no idea what generic Part number I would need! Now, they want me to send back on my dime and pay a restocking fee! Do not do business with these people!

I have never ordered non-HP cartridges but decided to give it a try because I thought I could save money. I regret my decision and will never purchase from CompNSave again. They sent me a defective cartridge and all would not send me a replacement. They gave me a refund of $5.99. However, the same cartridge is $6.95 and with shipping is $10.94.
Good customer service and to keep me as a customer would have been to just send me another cartridge. Now they lost me as a customer.
