Just got notified last night that my photo blankets ordered 2 weeks ago would not be delivered by Christmas as promised. I ordered 3 of them customized for each grandmother! Thanks for enough notice so that I could order from a more reputable company... not! Hope they are happy with ruining my Christmas joy!
My package got stolen from doorstep. And Derek ordered it again without even me saying anything. Really impressed with the level of professionalism. Will definitely order from this website again. Keep hiring people like Derek.

I placed an order almost three weeks ago it was supposed to arrive by March 7 for my husband birthday, I even paid expedited shipping. It is now a week later and the item has not arrived. They gave me a UPS tracking number that has not moved from the original location. I've called them, left messages and emailed them, no reply. I purchased the voucher through Living Social. I will be contacting them to see if they can reach them. I will never use them again and will have people that they are a SCAM.

I had a memory blanket made for my mom. This will be her last Christmas with us, as she has kidney failure. The blanket is lite weight and perfect size for a throw over her shoulders or legs. I choose to have the background and backside done in purple and I absolutely LOVE it. The blanket arrived well before the expected arrival date, which pleasantly surprised me. Yes, I will use College.com again. I chatted with a couple customer service reps and both were very helpful and answered my questions right away. A standard sized printer paper photo book costs you $9.99 to ship and this is way higher than actual shipping for media mail by USPS. If you order more than one book say 3 for example which could all be shipped in the same box they still charge you $9.99 for each book ripping you off. It does not cost $30 to ship 3 little books. Their standard starting price is $50 bucks! Ouch! Any additional pages over 20 pages costs $1 per page. Easily you can be over $100 for a small thin book.

I know that personally, I absolutely hate paying shipping if I can avoid it! Unfortunately, because your order had such an incredibly deep product discount, we are unable to discount the shipping cost. Our printers do charge us to ship by weight and unfortunately not based on whether they are going to the same address, so there is a per item shipping charge. I understand that this is frustrating and I'm very sorry you feel that way. We do have offers on our Deals page which do include free standard domestic shipping, but the product discount isn't as deep as it is with that deal you were looking at. My project arrived not quite like I wanted so I called and spoke w/Mike in Detroit who solved the problem, ordered me a replacement and over night shipped it. He was beyond friendly, efficient, professional and so very patient. He rates 10 stars, not just five! (have used Collage many times and they simply are the best!)
I ordered a couple of phone cases and the print quality is absolutely awful. The professional pictures were blotchy and grainy and not anything I would have expected. I only tried this site because Shutterfly doesn't have the iPhone 12 case yet. In the future, I will go back to Shutterfly. The website's reviews are bogus since there is no way for an actual customer to leave a review directly on their website. They must hand pick the good reviews from third parties. Customer service was quick to respond and tried printing a second set of phone cases but it was still an awful quality, if not worse than the first set.

I purchased a Sherpa Throw for my wife's birthday! I chose different pics of our 2 fur-babies and could not believe how nice it came out. I paid extra for shipping because I waited the last minute but from the time that I ordered it, to the door, it took 3 days! Unbelievable! When my wife opened the package it came in I could not believe how nice it looked and the amazing quality. Thank you Collage.com! I scored some points on this gift! This is my first experience with Collage.com and I was unsure what to expect. Customer service was prompt in responding to my concerns. I needed the wrapping paper by a certain day (for my nieces wedding). They were honest and could not guarantee a date, but they did say they would do their part to help. I highly recommend Collage.com I have ordered several canvas prints from them and the quality of their work is incredible. The photos printed beautifully and their website was easy to use. My experience was the best! This company's online communication is as effective as sitting across from them face to face. They were able to correct a shipping mistake with just my email address within 5 minutes and I will be receiving my new blanket within 6 days. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the canvas products Collage.com produces. The backing is classy and the product overall is impressive. I had some photo issues with two of the four canvases I ordered. I am an amateur at taking pictures and the pics I wanted to use just didn't have enough light to produce a really defined picture. Collage.com worked with me over a period of several weeks (I had surgery during that time), and they never lost patience with me, were encouraging the whole way and stuck with me until we could work out better canvases with better pictures. The customer service alone makes them a top company in my opinion!

We recently went on a trip to Kenya and Tanzania and had some amazing pictures we wanted printed for our house. I decided on metal prints and tried my usual photo creator site, but didn't like how they were turning out. I found collage.com and decided to give it a shot. Their creator was very easy to use, so the whole process through ordering and shipping was easy and quick. When the 5 mental prints arrived, they looked great, but one had a small chip in the corner. Customer service had reached out to me to follow up on the prints before I could reach out, so I told them about the issue and Mike responded so quickly and offered to send a new one right away. I also asked if it could be lightened a little took since it came out slightly darker and he did, no questions asked! Just a great overall experience. Will be back for future photo print item needs!

I had a metal print done by Collage.com, which arrived in an overly large poorly padded box, with the print done very poorly. I could have forgiven this but the customer service inferred the image problem was mine. I am a semi-pro photographer and do my own printing, and knew the image that I had submitted on the web site was drastically different than the one I received. I have had other work done here that was fine, but my experience with this has soured me on this company. Note that the company also makes it difficult to provide ratings on their own website, so there is likely to be a positive bias.
