On July 19th I received an email stating that I would receive a full refund in 1-5 business days. This did not happen. I called today and was told that I would receive a call back from a supervisor. This did not happen. Instead I received an email stating that I will receive a refund in 1-5 business days. I called again and was told by your rep that he did not know why I had not received a refund and that he could not help me and he hung up.

I lost my cell phone and found ClickSearch on Google to see if I could trace it's location history. I paid my $0.95 for a trial subscription, did my search then canceled my subscription. Immediately they tried to charge my account $69.95 but fortunately my bank's computer security software flagged the transaction and robocalled me. It asked if I remembered three transactions, two I remembered, the third I did not. I wound up talking to a security tech and found out the $69.95 charge was from the same alias as the $0.95 trial charge! Sounds like fraud to Me!

This company ripped me off. I don't advise anyone to use them every. Made quite a few phone calls and they still keep taking money out. Was charged. 95 to begin with. Then I called and cancelled on the 2nd day. And on the 3rd day, they took, 39.95 out of my account and I called again and they said it was cancelled. But then they took out 9.95. I called again and he said it was a cancellation fee. On a 3 day trial. There should be no cancellation fee. I never was able to see any thing that I was searching for on this site. Total rip off.

This site is in short, a 100%total RIP-OFF! If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. The people working here aren't any help whatsoever. I tried a simple.95 cent search on this site over a month ago, & as soon as I clicked yes to the.95 cent deal I was instantly charged 3 additional charges 2 of $69.75 & 1 for $9.95 as well. I have called these people everyday for over a month, and still no refund. No help at all... I am at my wits end with this bull$#*! site & the drone like operators, that for some reason only repeat the phrase... it has been turned over to our billing department, i will receive a call and a conformation email within the day ALL COMPLETE TOTAL LIES.I think we should start a class action lawsuit against these lying thieving scumbag scammers.The $#*! has got to stop... BECAUSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

If I could I would give click search zero stars. Signed up for 4.95 then got charged 59 dollars 3 times. So roughly 181 dollars and it's been 5 weeks and still no refund.

I "joined" then they charged the monthly fee THEN charged for the trial period. I canceled within the trial period and cannot get the monthly fee taken off my credit card. I will have to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission.

DO NOT USE! I tried the "Free" trial for. 95 because my son lost his phone & the website said they could locate it. WRONG! They didn't even have the right owner of the phone & the location was completely incorrect as well. Even worse they charged my card MULTIPLE times without my authorization which resulted in my bank shutting down the card. The bank has deemed it fraudulent activity and/or phishing because they didn't even wait for the trial period before they started slamming the card with multiple unauthorized charges. DO NOT USE THIS!

Cheated me out of 63 dollars and wont give it back. Shut them down. They charged me three times. All different amounts. This is bs

Did a 4.95 trial, but then was charged 69.63. Called to ask they said I bought the 69.63. Beware. Sah

I signed up to track a employee with one of my phones. First it said the phone belonged to someone in AZ. Then I realized I was charged the 0.95 for my 3 day trial and suddenly I had a charge for 69 so I quickly locked my card. Almost instantly my card was hit again almost the same time so it was denied. I'm giving these people one day which will be Tuesday because tomorrow is a holiday to fix this and refund my money. If they choose not to then I will file suit immediately after my phone call on Tuesday morning. I know the disclaimers pretty well. I feel like a idiot for even trying. Does anyone know their location? If so please message me *******505. I'm a attorney in Florida and I'm going to run with this at my expense. Their are laws that protect us from these types of company so I will be attacking their means of processing cards first so fair warning to anyone reading my review go ahead and save ur time and money! Even if ur able to get a account they will be getting shut down so anything u pay for u will most definitely lose. I used ClickSearch to look for a great friend that I've lost contact with through the years. She was actually living a mere 30-minutes away and we've been visiting each other a lot.

I have read all the reviews I am currently in the same situation they have taking over 200 off of my debit card this all started July 27 and I still don't have my money now I am forced to take legal action please contact Jill *******317 if you would like to help this from happening

Do not give these people your information or your credit card number because they are scammers I repeat do not trust click search read their BBB reviews and you will see how horrible of a company this is look at their Facebook reviews

Legally websites are required to remove the peoples personal data per their request and not to sell them. This website AKA https://clicksearch.us/ which holds no physical address and real identity linked to a vague phone number has refused to remove the data and just send generic redundant emails under the masked name and email Donald Bennett (ClickSearch) <*******@clicksearch.zendesk.com>

The website was contacted multiple times after weeks of communication to have the personal data removed but they hang up on the phone and finally refuse to answer to the only number given *******569. FTC should pull this scammers down and this site shouldn't be making money at the expense of other peoples privacy violation.

They have also asked for proving legal documents to have the data remove which was done though this is not something they are authorized to do and it is illegal. Here I also attached the picture of an email showing what they also asked as legal documents which also didn't help to remove my data as mentioned so far. See the picture attached.

My friend urged me to run a quick background check on someone I met on a dating app. I am so glad I did because the only truth he told me was his name, everything else was a lie.

Took out way more than said kept telling em they will refund and it's a joke they DESERVE to be jobless ripping people off then telling them they will refund and don't I will be filling a lawsuit they should not get away with this

I authorized a 0.95 charge for 1 name check on 11-24-22. I immediately received a fraud notification from my bank.
This company charged my card 6 times within several minutes for $291.10. I immediately called them, reported the overcharges and canceled my account. I was told the refund would be credited to my account within 3-5 business days. Each time a new charge appeared on my card, I called and reported it. I called in the third day to find out where my refund was. I was assured it would be in my bank account by 5 PM. Called the next morning to state it hasn't been credited.
Called the 6th business day to report no money refunded.
I then filled a fraud claim with my bank who said they would go after this company.
Today is 12-17-22. I have called this company 3 times today. The first time I was told the representative would find out where my refund was. She kept me on hold for over 16 minutes then hung up. I called back several more times only to be immediately put on hold, with no one actually greeting me, then hung up on.
I have not been able to pay my homeowner's insurance, my mortgage, my phone or 2 credit cards this month due to this fraud.
Karma's a real witch.

I give them no stars they do really bad business, nothing is updated and make broken promises never!
