The checking out process was nerve racking, because they kept asking me to add more products. I only wanted Crepe Ease, but received sculpting cream, as well. Double the expense. I like the Crepe Ease, but it is too pricey for this Grandma.
While appealing to the eye, no change has been noticed. It feels comfortable and, in general, my skin feels soft but it does nothing for my face.
If I have a subscription, I would like to cancel it, please.

I'm pleased with this product. Since I began using it about two months ago, my fine lip lines have noticeably diminished. My neck and chest area appear smoother, as well. I've seen some improvement on my arms and legs, although
Less dramatic. I'm not surprised, as these have always been problem areas.
At this time, I am using approximately a jar a month, as I apply it from head to toe. As I continue to see improvement, I will cut down on the amount that I use. At 70, and I embrace the skin I have. I also intend to keep it nourished and healthy!
I have been told twice by customer service that my order had shipped. I have been given a tracking number that continues to state that USPS is awaiting product to be shipped after 7 weeks since order. Honesty and setting accurate expectations are not what their customer service provides. Don't buy products if you want to receive them in a timely manner or want honest customer service.
Thought I would give this lip plumping magic potion a try. City Beauty offered a 30 days money back policy. Nothing to lose right?! What I didn't expect at check out was nothing short of how deceiving add-on offer.
Here's my personal experience:
1.) ordered two with shipping at $78
2.) before committing to the order, another window popped up and asked if would considered three with free shipping for $88.
3.) However, that's not the case. A few days later, checking my Paypal statement, I actually paid $78 AND $88 for 5 freaking tubes!
4.) I called customer service- a complete waste of time.
5.) Received product, gave it a few days to see results of my new plump lips... sadly, No Results.
6.) Emailed customer service requesting return label- haven't heard back. Will call them and demand refund- if not, Paypal will make sure I get my money back one way or another.
Early days, but certainly looks good and stays on all day although a little sticky.
Given the postage and taxes, this ended up costing me over $70 for 1. I'm yet to see fuller lips, but they are not dry at all.
I really enjoy shopping with Revolve, your items are mostly unique. Only wish not so expensive, however, I manage to spend money! Live on a fixed income. Your buyers do a lovely job. Overall, love it all, and thank you. Cheers!
I have only been using this product for about a week and already feel like it has helped with my skin texture, it's early days yet but looking good. The only thing is I'm probably using too much as I have nearly gone through a whole container in this time. Absorbs well pleasant smell.
If I continue to see improvement I will be ordering more.

Do not pay directly with your credit card. My credit card was compromised after making a purchase from City Beauty site. I was charged with more than $1,500. USD. From different stores.
This cream is an scam. It doesn't work at all. It seems you put a thin coat of wax on your face, the make up and concealer does not run well. Waste of money. Very bad experience.
I was short shipped a month ago. On opening package I phoned and ended up in holding hell for more than 30 minutes. Then tried recommended chat room... same story. Have written four times and received one response... we'll be back to you in two-three days.
In addition to losing cost of product I also had to pay duty and handling on the missing product as I live in Canada.

In my recent review of City Beauty I forgot to include that you need to be careful ordering any product from this company. I ordered 1 lip plumper and 1 wrinkle filler. But I was charged for 2 lip plumper. I did notice after the fact that other people had the same problem. So must be a common practice which is not alright with me. So if you do decide to try City Beauty products keep a close eye on your charges and good luck..
I bought the lip plumper and the wrinkle filler. Neither work. The lip gloss plumper is just very thick and gooey lip gloss. That's all it really is. At first I thought the wrinkle filler might work? And if it did I was prepared to buy city beauty out. The directions say to keep dabbing until the wrinkle is fully covered and let dry before adding makeup. This is crap! First off it comes in a lotion like cream that is white. So does not blend in with my skin color. And to let it dry you woul wait forever because it takes forever to dry and when it finally does dry it leaves cracks in the wrinkles so quite obvious it's there. So you have to rub it in just like face cream. It fills nothing. Its face cream at it's best. So far I've tried 2 city beauty products and both failed to deliver what they promised. This is the most expensive lion gloss and fave cream I've ever purchased. I feel ripped off. I will not purchase anymore items from city beauty and will continue to look for a product that will do what it says it does. Believe me people. Dont waste your money.
I am still using my first purchase of the line filler and am very impressed. It seems to tighten my whole face. It has only been a couple of weeks but the deep lines around my lips will take some time. Every day it looks better. I made another order today. Also ordered the ultra firming dry oil for my neck hope it works as well.
This stuff is garbage - paid $80 canadian funds and it didn't do one bit of good - my arms still look the same as they did before purchasing this waste of money. Had high hopes for this as a last resort to wear a sleeveless top but it made no difference. I thought I would try one jar and if there was any difference at all that I would order a second jar but with no difference what so ever I give up.

I wanted to like this product, but after only a week of use, my face was so dried out that I developed fine wrinkles on my cheeks. There were no noticeable effects at all on my sagging jowls after a week. I stopped using the cream because I didn't want to suffer the consequences of continued. I called customer service and was told that I had 2 options, either return the products and shoulder the cost of shipping, or keep the products and they will refund 40% of my money. Now tell me, is that a money back guarantee? Buyer beware.
I purchased Line Blurring Wrinkle Filler and have been using it for about a month. There is absolutely NO difference that I can see in the appearance of wrinkles. What a waste of money. Don't fall for this.
Have now used according to instructions three containers of VisiCrepe Body Balm. Has made no difference whatsoever. Also very expensive in New Zealand dollars especially as the containers were only three quarters full. Very disappointing. Won't be buying any more that's for sure.

They smell wonderful and completely absorb into my skin without leaving a greasy residue. Compared with cheaper products that don't work, these are a better value, especially if you take advantage of their multiple product discounts. This product is amazing. Only half way through my first container and my arms have improved by 50 percent. They are plumper and wrinkles are rapidly disappearing! The picture is of a 74 years young arm.
I've seen a change in the first three days of using this product. I had horrible crepe lines on the lower part of my legs. This balm has made a tremendous difference. The skin is becoming so smooth to the touch and looks great!
