I ordered a dress that looked beautiful in the picture. Shortly after I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed them about canceling the order or changing the size that same day. It was on a Sat. On Monday I received an email reply that the order had already shipped. I asked about their return policy and they emailed me a link to it. When I received the dress a few weeks later it was a very thin, poor quality dress with an incredibly poor quality snap in the front the showed. The material seems very thin, uncomfortable, and reminded me of a kid's Halloween costume. It was not pretty at all. This dress was $45 and $10 to ship. I emailed them asking for a return address, per website instructions. They offered me a $13 refund if I wanted to keep the dress. I replied that I did not want to, and wanted a full refund, knowing I would need to pay shipping. They then responded and offered me a $45 gift card to their sight and no need to return the dress. This is where I'm currently at. I don't think I want to even try another dress from their website, so I will see if they ever do send me an address to return it to for a refund. Waste of time and money.

This company is easy to work with. They keep you well updated on the status of your order and make it easy to return anything you may not want to keep.

It was easy to order online. I accidentally put the wrong address for my order and when I contacted them through email they quickly responded and fixed it. My order came earlier than I expected.

When I needed confirmation that a size correction was needed, it took too long to receive a response. When communication was eventually made, the customer service was excellent.

I was so excited when I placed my order. The shopping was easy but when the dresses arrived; well what a disappointment. Fabric was disappointing and not soft.

Website had a lot of selections. I have not received my order. More concerning is that, after 10days, I have received no email communication about the status of my order.

The dress was very pretty and perfect for the wedding. The dress was supposed to be an XL, it's more like a size 10. There is no size label on the dress

This could have been better if I could click on something to shop for another item. I couldn't see what to click on to go back to shopping. I ordered a dress. It never came. Did you charge me for it?

The pictures of the dresses I ordered were adorable but what came to me was very cheap quality. Very disappointing. I'm returning both.

I keep getting autogenerated emails from this site & I NEVER get a response from a real person.

So far very easy with orders. Received the summer dresses and not what I thought I was supposed to get.

I received the credit card charge of $.56 for an International Transaction. I am dissatisfied because that charge is not necessary.

I had no phone number to contact your company to fine out were was the dress. It was a gift for my granddaughter or Easter

Lots of fun choices - expedited shipping Ss need this dress for a trip leaving on 11/1 and pray I receive it in time. Look forward to seeing the quality of your products - if good, I WILL RETURN!

Good. Would like to see more filters and be able to magnify the image. Products were shipped lot faster than expected.
