Each time I called this service they transfered me to an agent. Five times when I asked for help locating number or email for medical forms to fly on portable oxygen. THEY HUNG UP ON ME! The agents did not inform me about name requirement for international flights. They charged my card 286.00 to add my middle name required.
Much better bargain than dealing direct with airlines
I have been looking for round trip airfare for quite some while into the Rochester area. It had been pricing high and then I stumbled into CjeapFlightNow. Anyway, not only did they have the cheapest flights, but they actually took me straight into my ultimate destination instead of an hour away!
Even though I purchased my ticket with you, I was very disappointed to see that you offered all these cheaper fares but when I was done inputting all my information and clicking "book", it would tell me that these fares are no longer available and raise the price. I did this with 4 separate flights. Very unfortunate and unprofessional but I was desperate so I bought them.
I searched quite a few sites for plane ticket and found the acceptable itinerary as well as price. I have not flown on Alaska Airlines (this will be the first time). I will let you know after flying Alaska Airlines if I you should still include them as choice.
As for today I am glad since I received the reference # and confirmation email. It's been 35 hours since I booked it and said I need to wait within 72 hours for the ticket so I need to wait at this moment. And also we tried to ask something through call and the agent is very attentive. Hope this trip will not have any kind of issues. Recommended.
Was quick, easy and not too expensive. The Airline, Frontier though may be less expensive but they charge extra for everything. They also charge too much for a carry on. In fact, carry on bags should not be costing anything anyway. So I will most likely not use this airline again.
I needed a last minute ticket to be with my Mom after a fall and resultant surgery. I was able to leave about 24 hours later, my flights had 2 stops, but I made it pretty close to on time. Purchasing my ticket was a breeze. Great experience!
When I called the number to get a $20 discount, the person lied and told me the cheaper flight was no longer available, and tried to charge me double!
Other than that, my experience is good and I think I got a decent price for my flights to and from my destination.
I am flying from Denver to Virginia for my Mom's Surprise 90th Birthday Party. You folks were terrific for prices, information on flight schedules and alternatives and tremendous customer service to calm my nerves.

A very bad experience, Asked for ticket from San Antonio, to Newark NJ. I read everything looks good, when I booked it came up from Austin, TX. Just because it says in very fine print at the Bottom of the page, May be a near by Airport. Called them up, they refused to help and I need to buy a new ticket for full amount. They say I should of read well before buy the ticket. At the end they scammed me out of my money. I do not recommend any one to buy from them.
Reserved flight, called me with referral to phone # which was fax line, week later phone # is no longer in service. Finally call new ph # from forwarded e-mail to be told price has now gone from $273.00 to $500+, original reservation was cancelled?
I had to tried again.
A nice gentleman called me today to make aware that something happened with the ticket I purchased for my sister Graciela. He told me everything will be alright. I'm praying about it.

When I clicked on do not add on the extra seating, and insurance it added it to my total anyways. Yes I paid for it because I really needed the flight. When I called customer service they told me I had to email travel help to see if I can get those charges taken off
I received very terrible customer service. The representative was not knowledgeable and everytime I tried to speak to a representative they hung up on me. Also I suppose to pay for baggage within my package however I did not get that. The whole process was a disaster and I will not recommend this service to anyone. I am traveling for a funeral and this process made my experience worse.
Ok. When you book, if you have to stop for a while for whatever reason, when you go back, the prices keep going up as if there is price gouging. The luggage price was not included and I do not know what it will cost.

I tried to cancel my flight and the agent I spoke to said my ticket was restricted which made it non refundable and non changeable. He couldn't even explain why. He was also very rude about it. He seemed to be from a call center located in India. It's by far the worse experience I've ever had with an airline agent.
I'm frustrated, never had this experience and frustration. Will not use this agency again. Yes, the Customer Service clerk was helpful and understanding. Took over an hour and extra $ 600.00 to get this problem solved. Which was not of our doing, but of the airline. American Airline would not just changed it either. I understand this was not his fault, but that I have to pay fees to change a flight because of the airline changing there flight is ridiculous. There excuse, its 3rd party fee, so Agency charges me fees to change the connecting flights, because of the 1st flight in this series was changed by Philippines Airline. Never again I will use a 3rd party to book my flight.
The booking confirmation took a long time to be sent even though the paym was deducted from my card. When i reached out to customer care by chat, the first agent told me to wait she is checking. She never got back to me but instead left the chat. Another agent joined and i went over the story again. She also placed me on hold but came back to say my booking cannot be found. She rudely stated i must follow up with customer care by email and i must have a good day, that was it. Very incompetent and uncaring service.
I booked a flight to travel to my mother-in-law's funeral. My credit card declined the charge because they wanted to verify that this was not a fraudulent charge. I verified that it was not a fraudulent charge to the credit card company. Assuming the first booking had not gone through because of the credit card denial, I re-booked the flight. As it turned out, this site charged my account twice even though the first charge had been denied. The representative that I spoke with said they could only refund the taxes (129.00) for the first ticket ($529.00). After speaking to a supervisor and explaining the mix-up, he also refused to refund the total price of the first ticket. So I am expected to pay $400. For a ticket that will not be used. Needless to say, I'm very upset and think this is shoddy business practices. I will be getting in touch with the credit card company to challenge this charge.
