I ordered the wrong charger for my sons laptop and when I emailed to ask if I could return it they said yes of course. But the best part is I emailed at night and they responded right away. They walked through what I needed to do to help them figure out what was the correct charger I needed. They were awesome! They figured out which one I needed, they sent it right away and now I can say. My sons laptop is up and running. Thank you Chargerbuy.com!

I will never buy a charger from anywhere else! This company is amazing! It was a hassle getting the correct charger for my laptop (due to being misinformed by my bf about which one to order lol) So I ordered and received the incorrect charger the first time. I contacted ChargerBuy via email, great communication, super fast response, and they shipped me the correct charger which arrived two days later. The charger arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition. Equally importantly, it also proved to be the correct charger for my laptop. I will certainly return to this vendor if I ever again suffer the misfortune of needing a new charger.

I bought an item (Replacement Compaq Presario CQ61 AC Adapter 90Watt 19V 4.74A) from this site, the price is not high. I am appreciated their service, very nice and patient, the story is that once I got this item, but I found it is not compatible to my laptop, I am afraid of they will change one for me, but they are. After I send back this item and told them the tracking number, they soon arrange to ship me a new one, and at the next time I got the tracking number of the resend item. I am very happy. So great customer service. And at the same time, the item works ferfectly with my lapIop. Their website is extremely well laid out, with all relevant information close at hand, and the range of stock listed is truly impressive.
I love them. It is not like other site, when I want to change the site, they ask me for all the shipping fee.
