Being a tutor of Network Administration students, I bought their Diamond pack that gave me access for 12 months of all the Cisco Exams including others. So I have had around 50 students in the past and I used Certmagic's content for CCNA and CCNP to assist them and every time one of them sit for an exam they come and say they got the questions from the content so I must say this company is very helpful for the tutors. Those students inform their friends and refer them to you thus you get business.

My experience with CertMagic is they claim shipping a sample exam within two weeks. But every time one question the delivery date, he gets an answer to wait another two weeks, and finally when one requests a refund as certmagic has never delivered, he gets a response that the refund is on the way, and when one does not receive the refund, and question its arrival, he gets again that he will receive the refund within two weeks, and eventually he never gets his money back. CertMagic claim of 100% Money Back is a SCAM.

(a) I bought 1Z0-960 Oracle GL 2017 Financials. Many answers were incomplete (i. E. the question asks to pick two or three responses but only one response is chosen) OR downright incorrect. I compiled this list of around 20 questions and sent to Certmagic. They apologized and said they will send an updated version in two weeks. It has been more than 8 weeks now and they still say the same thing. Looks like they themselves do not know the right answers and are struggling.

(b) I bought 1Z0-982 and attempted exams. 95% of the questions came from their pack and I exactly wrote answers as they had given but still failed. This clearly shows that their answers were incorrect. When I took this up with them, again a very non-chalant response offering apology and refund of Product fees. But that is not the point. Why did they give wrong answers. They are silent on that. And what happens to the $245 that i pay to Oracle for again writing this exam... they will not answer

(c) Thirdly, even in 1Z0-982 many answers were incomplete/wrong. I had given this feedback for about 10 responses. No updates after that.

If CERTMAGIC cannot give quality answers, why do then run this business. Avoid CERTMAGIC. You will fail. They might reimburse you the Product FEE but you would have wasted $245 Oracle Exam Registration fee which they will NOT reimburse. You have to again pay this on your own. So better watch out. Go with more established players.

I made my pre-order purchase on 9/24/2015. I was supposed to receive my product 2 weeks after my purchase date. I waited a full 2 weeks and was asked to wait another week, another and another and each week I waited. I was also offered free products in lieu of the inconvenience. However, I informed them that I was only interested in what I purchased. The customer service leaves you waiting for a response for very long periods of time, hoping to frustrate you. I had to remain online for hours just trying to get them to respond or complete a task. After getting no where, I requested a refund. They asked for my transaction id and I gave it to them only to be told to wait 8 days for the refund to appear on my bank statement. I asked for a confirmation number and a confirmation email indicating the refund. When they sent the email, I had to request that they include the refunded amount, the product, and the company name. Ridiculously unprofessional. I plan on contacting my bank and discussing further action if my refund does not process in 8-10 days. I saved every transcript of our communication through the online chat and every email communication. Do NOT do business with TroyTec or CertMagic or any other company where the website looks similar. They are frauds and will do nothing but frustrate the hell out of you. If they don't have a phone number or reviews on the website, stay away!
