System not super user friendly to using credit card. I tried to enter multiple times using app, safari on iPhone, ipad, and desktop. It took away a lot of my time. Customer service was good. They sent me a message correcting the issue. I then was able to purchase right away

The shopping experience was okay. I had to download the app to make changes to my account and to finalize my purchase because when I first did it through the safari web browser with out the app the purchase and account changes did not go through.

I would love to have the option to place an order without creating an account. Requiring an account to proceed increases the barrier to entry for your users. Otherwise, the user experience is seamless enough.
