I wanted to make changes to my order but im never able too contact them. I ordered two dresses and wanted to change them from size 38 to size 40. I sent them e-mails but they never replied. Whenever I call no picks up the phone and no one ever calls back when I leave a message. Bad service!
This was my first visit to Cbazaar and I was pleasantly surprised with all that I saw there. They have a very good collection of Indian wear, Saris and Salwars in particular. It was not at all difficult to navigate through the site and I was easily able to place my order for a Green and Blue Net Sari that I fell in love with. One thing that I did notice about this site is that the prices were very affordable, when compared to a few others. I received my order on time, as promised and the final product was exactly like how I specified it should be. Overall, a good online shopping experience and I will definitely be coming back for more!
I had ordered Anarkali for my friends wedding. I had some difficulty in understanding the measurements however when I called the Cbazaar customer Support they helped me. I was amazed with the quality of product I received and the price. I must have paid two times more if I had to buy the same locally. I am glad I shopped at Cbazaar.
The stitching was ok. The waist on the skirt was a bit loose and the sleeves for my top were tight. I will have to get it altered to wear it. The materials they use are good and quality is not bad overall but definitely need improvement on stitching.

I ordered a salwar kameez. I sent them my measurements. It took 7 weeks to get it and it didn't fit! They didn't believe that it didn't fit- I had to sent them photos to prove it. Then I was told- that I should alter it myself. Unbelievable. I have never been treated by a company like this. Thank god I didn't order my bridal saree from them.
The costume is perfect and it's simply unique. And it made my day in the party... Thanks cbazaar for making my day special and will look forward to buy many more authentic and unique wear for particular ocassions

I'm not sure if I was just one of the unluckiest customers to purchase from cbazaar, but I have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am so angry! I paid extra charges for so many things and I didn't receive anything. I called so many times and they only answered once. And now they wouldn't even answer at all! I waited for approximately 2 months for my item and when I recieved, it looked nothing like I asked for. They wouldn't even accept returns or exchanges. I'm just stuck with this saree that I won't be wearing at all!
Worst store ever! Take my advice, save your money and time and run away!

I liked their custom stitching but some times the quality of clothes looks different than shown in the picture. But as i am living abroad without any indian tailors nearby, its really helpful for us to get indian attires from CBAZAAR ethnovouge. We need to keep our expectations in moderate level then it may work for us.

I ordered a lengha in March for it to be delivered in time for a wedding I have this week. Mid-April I get a message stating it did not pass the quality test, and that the product was unavailable. Anxiously, I ordered a new outfit and paid for express delivery. The day the outfit was supposed to dispatch, I get another message that it has been delayed. The lengha was supposed to dispatch today, but I still have not received any acknowledgement about the matter.
I have been communicating with customer service via facebook messenger, in which they kept replying to me with the same response but in different sentence structures. It is discouraging to the customer, and not good customer service. I loved shopping at Cbazaar, but will definitely consider taking my business else where.

"... and the address mentioned is provided to our customers to return their parcel in case of issues." So wherever you live in USA, you have to return your parcel to the stated post office address. I think in USA there are plenty of post offices and NOT ONE. It looks like they have no knowledge of parcel handling in USA. I hope they know what they replied.
Wearing the suit in function a guest point out a HOLE in the same suit which had a mismatch Duppatta.
After more than 30 days with several emails Cbazaar refunded the amount of the suit on condition that I should remove the NEGATIVE review and place "5 star review". Trying to buy me for few bucks. I cannot provide false info to my viewers. It is what it is.
Also note that the address 12 Schalks Crossing Road, Plainsboro Township, NJ on contact page is the address of Post office (USPS) not of their office.
Last year I ordered one suit and didn't arrive in time. After lengthy to and fro email I got my refund.
This year ordered two suits, arrived in time but one suit was mismatch. On contacting them, they said as per email that:
"regret to inform that we are not able to reprocess the same dupatta as per the website image as it was used only for photo shoot".
So its something like fishing customer showing attractive pictures on website and sending something different.- Its FRAUD.
According to their policies, they dont want to refund money but would give store credit so that they can grab you again. Be careful before doing business with them.

I bought 2 items lenga, saree after one month they sent me an email saying the lenga is not available to look for some thing else with in the price range at the time i purchase it was buy one get one free now i got one delivery a saree they do not want to give me the price range of what the offer is for the second one or refund me any now i pick an item with in the price which is $199.00 they should honour the price at the time you made the purchase because its not the customer fault that you did not deliver what was offer they should let me pick some thing at the price to replace not at the discount price. They cancelled an order as they did not have the product anymore, and said they will email me a gift voucher. Six months passed away and they did not send me my refund. I called and THEN they sent me a gift voucher with a very short expiration date. When I asked the customer service person about extending it, it he started raising his voice and acted very rude. I was a regular customer of cbazaar, but I will stop using this site. Cothes quality and customer service is getting worse day by day.
I ordered two sarees on dated 02/05/2017 from this web site for our family function. As per delivery date instructions I suppose to get delivery on 02/18/2017, and my family function is on 02/20/2017. I was so exited I can get this delivery on time and I can wear this beautiful dress. But customer service send me an email on dated 02/17/17, my order delivery date will be delayed due to some problem in production and my tentative delivery date will be between 24th- 26Feb. I was shocked and disappointed I am not able to attend my family function with that dress. So I bought another one from our local market.
