Honestly, I've never written a review anywhere but I wish I could get negative stars to help keep others from experiencing anything remotely close to what i have been dealing with for weeks now. I wanted to purchase a $500 amazon gift card through this sketchy and unreliable site. So, naturally, the cost was $545 - but lucky me they give $1-$3 discounts (woopdee freaking doo) so I was charged $541 ON 6/15/22... ALL TO FIND OUT..."UNFORTUNATELY THIS GIFT CARD HAS ALREADY BEEN APPLIED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT- CURRENT BALANCE: $ 0.00"... today is 6/29/22 and I have sent multiple correspondences, voicemails, calls and screenshots to show what I got whilst trying to redeem as well as calling Amazon (that advised they see I have nothing but the issue of the gift card has to be resolved from carddelivery bc they issued it rather than amazon directly- logical- but how convenient for carddelivery to keep beating around the bush and asking more confirmations/screenshots and stating they wont refund even the $500!) All I keep getting are more (delayed--by days. Because if you call you'll be given a false pretense of responding ON RARE OCCASION 15 minutes, but primarily less- HA!) responses saying that they're sending to someone else to "investigate" and leave you high and dry with zero follow up or resolution. 2 weeks exactly that i've been trying to just get mymoney secured back or what I overpaid for and they have refused to fulfill their end while making a headache every step of the way. I am concerned I will just be out money at how unprofessionally they've handled everything so far. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY HERE. YOU WON'T GET A GIFT CARD. YOU'LL JUST LOSE YOUR MONEY AND BE SENT IN A MERRIGOROUND OF NO ONE HELPING TO RESOLVE. I honestly am just so upset and beside myself and truly just hope this will help keep anyone else from going through the same experience. Tyler, Jeremy, Cam... a bunch of different names to respond on different days and no management has contacted me despite numerous requests having been made. STAY AWAY FROM CARDDELIVERY.COM- ABSOLUTELY PURCHASE THE GIFT CARDS DIRECTLY, during my conversation with Amazon support they advised that had it been purchased directly they would have resolved already. Just an FYI. I've made sure to attach the screenshots that have been provided to carddelivery support so anyone reading can see this garbage for themselves too.
Don't use carddelivery.com- ever. Such a regret and turns out to be a complete waste of money
