I received the canvas picture in a few weeks after ordering it. It turned out really nice with such vibrant colors. We have been wanting to buy a canvas art and saw so many pictures of The shores of Lake Superior. They were expensive and I told my husband let do one of our own pictures… I surprised him.

I've ordered a couple canvases from them and my other ones were fine, but this last one had a place with no color in it. Almost like the ink didn't take there. It's pretty noticeable up close but from a distance it's not terrible.

I like how easy it is to use the site. The deals are pretty good but even if you get a deal on the canvas itself your paying like $20 for shipping and and handling so they really make there money up with that so just know a head of time it will add up.

If you are using the app on your phone (which I always do) there is no meter showing quality will not print. Received my canvas (a wedding gift) and it was very blurry. After going back and forth in emails, they were willing to redo the canvas but I ended up paying some in the end for a free canvas. I wish the app would have the meter to see the quality before printing. It took longer than usual to get here as well. It was for a wedding gift so it was a bit frustrating. Overall, we got it fixed and print was beautiful.

I ordered with a promo code, but didn't read the fine print that each canvas is priced for shipping individually. What I thought was a $27 order came out to be a $315 order. One canvas had fuzzy quality, all other were great.

I am overall really happy with my order. The pictures turned out pretty nice but I messed up my timing. I ordered and then right after there were lots of sales (still are) so I ended up paying quite a bit more than I would have if I waited like 2 days. But they are still worth the price I paid for sure. Shipping took longer than I anticipated but with everything going on, it makes sense.

I have at least 5! Each one is perfect! I absolutely love the customer service. She was so professional and very friendly and that goes a long way these days. We are ordering a whole lot more, very soon. I want to fill whole house with them.

A friend recently sent me a beautiful Photo Mug from CanvasPeople and it is absolutely stunning! The quality is top notch and the weight of the mug is not too heavy as people that have arthritis, ect. Can have a hard time using a heavier mug! If you're wanting a really special gift check out everything CanvasPeople have on their awesome site! You can't go wrong with any of their products and I feel you'd have them for years to come!

We frequently purchase canvases from CanvasPeople and keep coming back for more--great price and great quality! Haven't had an issue with fading with our older canvases (some are almost 10 years old) and they always turn out lovely.

Every step of the shopping, uploading, ordering, and shipping/receiving process has been easy and stress-free. I have not encountered any issues with delivery. I have ordered professional photos as well as pictures taken on my iPhone, and both have been of great quality!

Love everything I have order so far, the quality is always great with even better deals an the fastness of the delivery I also love. I started ordering from you all a little over a year ago now. An have gotten so many of the best gifts I have ever been able to give my loved ones something I know they will always cherish just from the look an genuine reactions. From blankets to mugs, canvases, memorial photo albums, an pillow cases too. Thank you Canvas People for making my gifts I give always better then rest Lol!

I have used Canvas People in the past with no problems, They always have let me know my order had shipped. Therefore I'd be on the lookout, This time they did not send that email. I got the email saying it was delivered. But I didn't get it? Now they won't answer me, I have put in three tickets with no response. I have submitted tickets in the past and got a quick response.

Super easy process and check out and the shipping times were great. Once I received my product I loved the quality of the canvas print. It's wrapped really nice and tight and includes a mounting bracket in the frame.

Though, there is room for improvement.

My canvas came in an aptly sized box but with absolutely no supports; my canvas was freely sliding around inside. I was going to get a knife so I could cut the box open when I realized that I could easily slide my hand in and pull my canvas out. Despite the canvas having a hook for hanging, there was no mounting hardware in the box; I'm not sure if it slipped out during the shipping process or if that's something I need to buy separately.

If CanvasPeople can improve the packing for delivery, that'd be super awesome. I knocked two stars of "services" because I guess shipping and packaging/handling is a service I paid for but the product itself, the canvas, is incredible.

I fit a picture on their website, it fit as per their instructions, when I received the canvas 2 people where on the side. They will do nothing only refuse any credit and want to charge me again. Do not use this company, I have lost over $40 and I did not have the Christmas present. Very poor AVOID

I had issues with getting your free code to work and when i finally got it to work (after emailing you and explaining the issue), i was then told my shipping would be $21. $21 is high to ship one picture but i said ok. Only to be charged over $45 on my card for shipping. After contacting your office, they refunded the difference. I will probably never order from you again as I had so many issues with getting the product as it was advertised. The canvas is nice but not worth the aggravation. Stop trying to get one over on people.

I have ordered both a canvas (year before last) and now a pillow. Both items looked beautiful (although that may just be because they were pictures of my daughter). They arrived on time and in perfect condition.
