Very pleased with the canvas I ordered. Colours are accurate, shipping time was very reasonable and it comes ready to hang with wire attached, too. Can't wait to hang it.

Very easy to send my picture in to be mounted on canvas. I can't wait to see it. Once I see it, I will let you know how satisfied I am with the final product.

I wish your production time would actually be 2 to 3 days as stated on your website. It generally seems to Take 5 to 6 days. Two to three days would be more ideal for me.

The website was easy to use and the quality is good. The only thing is if you want to do a bunch this will cost a lot as the overall price is on the higher side.

Good experience, the cost of the canvas was comparable but a bit on the higher end. (due to shipping cost) Would buy during promotion like discount on canvas or free shipping.

I thought the price of the photo on canvas was fair but the shipping cost outrageous. It cost more than the picture. It didn't seem fair to me.

It was easy to navigate website. Prefer to buy from Canadian business. I took the picture with my cell phone and wasn't sure how it would turn out. I love it!

Quality of the product was good, however the time it took between placing the order and receiving the product was longer than I had expected it to be. Overall, good experience.

Great product but completely uncommunicative customer service. No humans on the phone, no response to contact forms. $29 surcharge for UPS rural delivery, but the UPS site says the surcharge is $12.50 and the delivery came via Canpar.

Pricing on the site is great but can be a little odd, for example, upgrading to a 1.5" frame is $10 for a 12x18 print, but just $5 for a 16x24. A 10x10 is $21 but a 12x12 is $14...

Mounting wire on back was installed upside down so picture would be upside down? Had to remove screws and wire and remount to hang picture right side up

I used your company for a canvas print before and I was very pleased with the quality of it. The colour and quality surpassed that of another company I used and was half the price.

Would have liked to see a pre-view and ability to approve before final order. I don't care for the shadows on the wrapped edge. Had great help to upload a file online. Great service.

Both pictures I ordered turned out awesome! Price was definitely reasonable. We will order through this company again especially if they continue to offer bonus free products :)

The only complaint is that we were to pick up the canvases. Not have them shipped. They were shipped and we weren't here for delivery. So things took longer.
