I absolutely love ordering from canvaschamp. My 10 month passed away 1 year ago and I started ordering then. I have well over 25 different pictures and amazing memories and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. I just turned my cousin onto canvaschamp for her son's wedding and she has started her ordering.
In shipping, my original order of 3 panel canvas picture had 1 of the panels damaged. Canvas Champ was wonderful to replace the whole set of 3 no problem. When I received the new panels, the picture was quite a bit darker than the original. It looks ok but is definitely a little on the dark side.

I used Canvas Champ to print a maritime photo onto metal, and it included the use of unique hardware befitting of a ship. I was a bit concerned after placing the order. I hoped it would come out well. When I received it, I was ecstatic! It was perfect. I used the print for a silent auction item for our Seafarers' Center fundraiser. The piece sold for about $250. We are very thankful for the great work of Canvas Champ!

There was an issue when FedEx first tried to deliver the order. My husband and I were away from home for a few days, and I planned to have my sister stop by and put the package inside my house. I did not realize that FedEx would not deliver without a signature. After a few days of texting and emailing, My sister was able to pick up the package at the FedEx office in Prescott Valley. The colors are quite what I expected but the over all picture looks good. I believe the price was very low for the product I purchased. I received my item about a week, earlier than the expected arrival date given, which was surprising due to many businesses having delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic!

This was our second order with Canvas Champ. Our first print (which was of the same photo session) was much more vibrant. These prints seem muted in color (not as vibrant, almost as if the printer was low on ink).

The title says it all. I would say the quality was good. I did expect a little hardier frame and a thicker canvas but overall I am pleased and it matches the price. It was packaged VERY well and took awhile to take out. I knew that the project would be safe. Thanks CanvasChamp!

I ordered a poster on Matt paper with lumination. It came with air bubbles everywhere. It should be caused by the shrinking lumination layer. I complained and they shipped me a replacement. But this time it was printed on glossy photo paper(thinner and lighter than poster paper) and no lumination at all! I gave up! Will never buy from them again.

This company ships their merchandise out of Mumbai India - so be prepared for THAT insanity. I ordered 3 medium sized pictures. It's been over a month and still no pictures. They missed their deliver by date with No notice. When I called customer service they were dismissive, said they'd expedite aaand nothing. That was two weeks ago. Just order from a shutterfly and save yourself the stress.

I ordered a huge amount of prints of my artwork. Spent over 655.00. This wasn't my first time ordering from them. My previous experience was good, but I had ordered the heavier, thicker prints. This time I ordered their feather-lite weight prints. It was a mistake. I had to take about half of them apart to try to get the waves and bumps out of the canvas. Then, when I tried to fit them in frames that were supposed to fit the size I ordered, they were too small and most of them were crooked. The images were okay, but a little too saturated. That could have been my fault in the images I sent. I also would have liked to be able to reduce the image sizes to fit better on the format. I didn't see a way to do that on the website. It's almost embarrassing to try to sell these as valid art prints. I'm not sure I will give them another chance even with the heavier prints I had ordered previously.

I have sent a response to the desk canvas on ordered. It was NOT professionally put together and appeared like a home job that someone did for the first time. I let you know this and I received a response from you asking for me to send pictures with a detailed description of why I was displeased. My response was actually side-by-side photos of your canvas next to the canvas that I received from the other company I reordered from. They were photos from the front, back and sides. The other company was much more professionally put together and was great to give as a gift, as yours was not. I have not heard back from anyone at Canvas Champ to date. I had thought perhaps I would be given a refund, but it appears that is not the case. So I won't be ordering again from CanvasChamp. Thank you.

We ordered a large canvas print as a gift. When it arrived, it was so dark, you couldn't even make out the picture. Had to reorder from someone else. 2nd company sent it quicker, for less money and actually looked great using the exact same picture. I Do NOT recommend CanvasChamp.

I ordered a customized a pillow. The pictures turned out great. Be sure to check the size of the pillow so you know what you're buying and have a proper expectation. I am sooo happy with my purchase. The price is right with these guys. The quality has been hit or miss for me, however. Proofing an image seems great, but the image is so small and of low quality that it is hard to tell if it is good or blurry.

They are from India. That is not disclosed. I wanted a local printer. They stated they were in California. Then I received prints that were beyond horrible. The individual who printed my work didn't size them correctly and the look beyond pixelated even though I sent massive files for them to work with. Lots of scratches and smudges! The quality of ink is disgusting despite what they charge. Now I can't upload any proof here as it needs to be small file sizes. Under 5mb. Walmart did a way better job!

This company is a joke. Ordered prints on glass for my daughters birthday on 8/1/2020.
Had to call them and was told because of the covid there was a postal delay. Well finally just got a shipping update on 8/12/2020 which means it didnt even leave their facility till then. Whats worse never realized its was in India!
Checked the fed ex site today. It is still in India. So if your looking for a timely order this is NOT the company you should use
Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
