Calmerry is great. Really does help clarify the thought you're going through. Assists to set up a game plan. Keeps you on track for your targets and what you're trying achieve. Definitely has been a big emotional support.
I feel my new counselor has been much better at communicating with me. The first one was a bit "wired" on stress management, while I needed something a little different. I now see that online therapy works.
I'd say the treatment of religious abuse and trauma provided by my therapist from this platform was quite beneficial. I almost let off the horrible brainwashing experiences. I learned how to accept myself, established my self-worth and dignity, and now I can define my goals in life. But I wish video calls were more stable. My therapist and I experienced some technical issues and were forced to reconnect twice. That's the only reason I give Calmerry 4 stars.
Marisa is a wonderful professional and person! She replies to me very often, more than I've expected. Though I like our video calls much more. It gives online therapy a more in-person touch. And I also like that the Calmerry service tries to settle all issues promptly.
You helped me find the best support I've been looking for on the Internet for a long time. I was disappointed when my first match left the platform but the second therapist Mark is the kind of the professional I needed. Thanks a lot!
My son was a client of Calmerry. The therapist he was seeing informed him she was to be hospitalized. During the next month of services, she was difficult to reach. But when he finally reached with her, he met with her for 30 minutes. We paid for the entire month. The next month he reached out to her to set up another session. Although he reached out to her number of times she never got back to him. Since he was unable to reach her, we canceled our account. We contacted Calmerry and explained what happened and asked for a refund for at least one of the months. They gave us the royal runaround. Told us that their billing manager would get in touch with us as soon as possible. Did not hear from them for a week. Continued to contact and explain the situation. After over 18 emails most of us with requests to contact me I was told they could not find my emails in their system. I sent them a list of all of the emails. I was then given the option of having a month and a half of therapy with a new therapist at no charge. What ridiculous solution! Three hour long sessions with someone you have no rapport with is not an answer to accompany who doesn't provide services, and then refuses to accept that they did not contact you to let you know services were unavailable. The therapist are fine, the support system is the worst I've ever dealt with
My son was a client of Calmerry. He changed therapist in midstream, but had liked both that he was working with. The second therapist told him she was going to be hospitalized for a bit. We paid for the month, and she counseled him one time during that month and then went radio silent. He reached out to her a number of times. We paid for the next month. Again radio silence, not just from the therapist, but also from Calmerry. No communication saying the therapist was unavailable. We had canceled our subscription. But they had already charged us for the third month. It took them almost 3 weeks to get back to me and offer to refund the third month since it had only been a few days since they had charged us when we canceled. And ridiculously, offered a free month and a half of service with another therapist. He had canceled them and was not interested in another therapist. He had found someone to work with since he had not had sessions for almost 2 months. I have tried and tried to get someone from Calmerry to speak with me about this. I believe they are ghosting me and hoping that I will forget that they owe me $465. Their billing, customer service, and management are beyond poor. And unless I hear back from them soon, I will continue to blast them on every website I can find.
I had a very bad experience with my therapist, telling me i had to take control of my life and divorce my husband without ever talking to him! I feel he should have been helping me with my personal problem and have an open mind about our relationship instead of going to such a major conclusion to completely destroy our marriage!
I subscribed to this service on Monday. The first appointment available with my assigned therapist was on Friday. I had done a web search on the therapist once she was assigned to read her reviews, and her online reviews state she does not show up for appointments. She has a 1 star rating online. For our Friday appointment, she cancelled two hours before the appointment. I contacted customer service to have a new therapist assigned and to request my subscription be extended by one week, since I had waited one week for my appointment. The CS rep said they would extend my subscription three days (so, the weekend, which is not business days). I declined and cancelled my service. This service is too expensive to pay for their unreliable employees to cancel last minute. Very unacceptable for the therapist and the company.
Hello, Danielle! Thanks for the feedback! As we can see, the customer support did suggest adding 3 additional days to your subscription as apologies for the cancelation from the counselor's side two hours prior to the scheduled video session. Such a situation may happen from both sides, the client can cancel their video session as well due to circumstances. But you can use this time while you are waiting for the video session by sending messages to your counselor.
Your counselor doesn't have such a tendency of canceling appointments on our platform, and as we can see there is only one review on the Internet stating that she is doing it.
As we can see, our Billing Dept. issued a full refund for you per your request. We highly appreciate your feedback and we are deeply sorry that we didn't meet your expectations.
It's only been a few weeks, but I already feel an immense amount of clarity around bettering areas in my life that have felt out of control. calmerry.com is so kind and compassionate and definitely listens with an open mind. I'm so thrilled to continue our work together!
Took me by surprise, Calmerry did. It's not just about skilled therapists; the user-friendly app and the mood-tracking bot make it all worthwhile. If you need therapy, this platform's a safe bet.
I'm constantly stressed and under emotional pressure because of my in-laws. I couldn't stop being anxious and angry( Although the actual problems are not sorted out, the therapist here helps me to cope with these overwhelming feelings, and now I'm less emotionally involved in this stress.
This service gave me continuous support and the feeling that there's always someone around me. It's something I didn't get in "traditional" psychotherapy. Absolutely love Calmerry and their unlimited messaging!
Calmerry is the best therapist I've ever had. She listens to me so well, takes notes and will revisit things that I've described even weeks ago! She made me feel heard and truly understands what I'm going through. She also offers great tactical advice and asks the perfect questions to help me understand what I am definitely feeling. I came to calmerry.com with a problem about my self-esteem and making decisions for myself and calmerry has really helped so much. Cannot say enough nice things about this.
I suffered from anxiety, and I am so glad that my friend recommended me
Calmerry. This affordable online therapy platform gives me an
Opportunity to get support and help when I need it most of all during
These trying times. I feel much better now.
We purchased this program in hopes that my son could get some help. Well I definitely would NOT! Recommend this site. The first therapist left after his first session, then the others didn't get back to him. We reached out to the site and the person we talked to told us his acct was closed so that's the reason he did not get a response. Well that funny because they charged the credit card for April and May. We were told the sessions he had from his initial purchase would not be discarded just but on hold for when he renewed the services. Now does that make sense? No it just a way to extort money from vulnerable people who are seeking help. Shame on you! At a time that so many people are in need of mental health support once again creating stigma. I hope the owners of the company read this and respond, if not then this just validated that this is all a SCAM!
Hello Yvonne. Thanks for your feedback. We looked into your inquiry and we'd like to inform you that we did not change cards, as Calmerry is a subscription-based platform. So with your first payment, you create a subscription that automatically charges you, as per your plan. As for your other claims, we will investigate the issue with your counselor to make sure this does not have ever again.
Qualified professionals Checking out different counselors for a week or two and then switching was super easy and there were lots of options to choose from, all qualified professionals, with the exact same credentials that any other counselors have. It was a much easier process, and much less time consuming, finding a good fit than it would have been if I were making and going to initial appointments with that many counselors. I was really skeptical about this at first, but it is easy for me to give five stars after having counseling this way for two years!
Calmerry is real listener. Caring, supportive, responsive, and real resourceful. Service provides clear and helpful guidance and also tools to deal with life's challenges. That support has made a world of distinction for me and my own family.
I've only just began online therapy and my experience so far has been positive. Calmerry has given me technique's to deal with certain problems I have and she's also understanding and entirely non judgemental. I look ahead to where this is going.
Excellent session with most convenient way, less stressful therapy provides by calmerry. I really helping me to see how issues are showing up in different areas of my life. My counsellors is easy to speak with and really understands me and asks the right questions to unpack more learning. I really believe that the sessions are already having an impact and I've just started!
It is still pretty early in the counseling process, but calmerry.com has already been attentive and responsive. He checks in on me, which I appreciate as it isn't always easy to reach out (or even to remember that I have this source available to me!)
