BYJU'S Future School

Byju Future School, is one of the fraudster company who will get you registered with all the fake promises of providing high-quality education to kids. But god forbid, if you have to get a refund of even 1 class, they will make sure you run from pillar to post and still will not respond. I enrolled my son for 144 clas package and completed good 110 classes. But when we want to cancel amnd refund the remaining classes, it's been 6 months we are chasing them. They had pronised no-question asked refund if we ever want to take it for unutilized classes. I warn parents to only go for to them while you want your Kids to learn easy, simple problems where answers will be provided to them so they don't have to use their brain. Save you money and invest in some other credible educational option for your kids.

Our daughters have been playing with tablets since they were two years old. It seemed only natural that they would understand the logic of how to create with coding. We started our oldest daughter at six and she loves it.

We expressed interest in this company about a year ago. Decided it wasn't for us and they DO NOT take NO for answer. I've politely asked them to be removed from their mailing, calling, texting and contact list all together. They not only call all day long, they leave unlimited text messages and emails. They will continue to try to force this down your throat. I'm attaching the one from today but have a whole call log. Image trying to cancel a plan with this company. Do not do it…. RUN!

The inspiration our daughter is receiving by learning on this site is nothing short of a miracle. It's amazing what a little motivation can do to change a bored child into an avid learner. She rarely answers with anything different than BYJU'S when we ask her what she'd like to do.

We downloaded their learning app for the free 14 day trial and knew well before the 14 days were up that we had found a goldmine for our little boy. Learning with Disney & Pixar characters? Brilliant! We will be subscribing for sure.

BYJU'S is a haven for a creative child. Our daughter loves to explore and question. We feel those traits coupled with what she is learning here are going to ensure she has a brilliant career no matter which of her many interests she pursues.

My son joined coding classes and honestly the curriculum seems to be far beyond age limitations.Either your curriculum needs to be simplified or teachers should be trained in such a way that they are able to make kids understand things logically not bookish.
Secondly I paid for 150 classes but I left after 58 classes.wheb you join they tell you the positive things but when it comes to return money they tell you to read contract...in that case they should not verbally say the positive things also they should tell us to read everything in the contract.they gave me $250.00 Amazon voucher and then they took it back as I quit classes before the completion of 150 classes but it was never ever mentioned to us when we joined.
So that's the reason Byjus these days are considered to be a scam.
I will never refer any friends and relatives to Byjus ever.

I did get my kid enrolled into Byju's after several demo sessions to ensure that we have the right teacher. I specifically told them that we would like to stick on to the same for the course. Of course, it's my bad to think that they would listen; they abruptly cancelled all my kid's classes and no contact for a week. After a week, i get assigned a new teacher and was asked to re enroll to the classes. No consultation/notification to the parents, they just make a decision and implement it. When asked about it, they started to Lie; not just one person (i talked to 9 members). Different Lies, not even consistent at all.
In the end, they say that it is a business decision and we don't have a say on it. Agreed, but it's my kid and they don't give a damn about the kids.

I would never trust them.

I ask for refund but they declined and even they take my credits without any reason even they didn't arrange any good teacher for 2 months and totally wasted my time and my daughter's

Avoid this company at all cost.
Please do not fall for the scam. They promise you referral vouchers for referring other children but do not send them. I reffered 3 children but still waiting for the vouchers. I have raised this issue several times to the support team and management team but to no avail. Every time they either say sorry for the delay but never send anything or refuse to accept that you reffered the child. Please do not fall for the scam

My son (6 yrs old) loves the classes. That's the only positive.

They have tons of technical issues, but most importantly (which they don't tell you) the classes (which they charge for upfront in a lump sum) are "use it or lose it". So if your child is sick, if you have a vacation, etc. you're out of luck. The only response you'll get is, "You can reschedule for the same week". Well... if you're going on vacation, sorry pal. Oh, BTW, they also don't tell you, they're all on India time. So rescheduling the same week, is nearly impossible, AND slots are hyper-limited.

The teachers are great, except they won't let your child use the toilet during the class. Not to mention, you're paying for an hour, but your teacher will show up at least 5 minutes late and leave 10-15 minutes early...

I am sick of calling them and no one answers. Yes answered by computer. Previously we could talk to people, no more. May be I am an old client. When they want payment, they will call regularly and very sweet. Now I want to refund for the classes, it has been more than 2 months since I have paid, not one call was scheduled till now. Where is the customer service, Houdini! Not worth, initially they will give lots of attention and after that you are lost in the crowd. Think before you send

I am so upset with your company. I signed up my daughter for a trial class and then as she is signing on, you tell her that I have to pay for classes in advance if she wants to take a free trial class. What awful business practices, she was excited to try and now I will never come back to you. With so many companies doing these online classes, you need to find a way to stand out in a good way, not like this. I don't know anyone that would blindly sign up their kids for something they know nothing about. Shame on you!

Do NOT fall for this. Definitely scammers. "Instructors" have choppy English, they will at some point attempt to gain access to the pc. The positive reviews are done by paid review writers, and are SO overstated that it's obvious they are not real. Please please please find another option. And do your homework on these subjects before falling into the trap!

This company did not offer a 60 minutes free trial in coding Roblox as they had advertised - it was 10 minutes with a person struggled with English. I gave written feedback and yet they continue to call and persuade me to purchase their classes. They are crooks.

Instructor was very hard to understand due to language barrier. We gave her the benefit of the doubt. After a few minutes she became frustrated and impatient with my son stating he was distracted and not motivated. After a year of distance learning, yes he was easily distracted but it didn't help that she was so hard to understand so who was the child?
Do not recommend the instructor. As for the course, could not tell because she cancelled the course. Maybe train your instructors or hire more qualified educators that will be patient and engaging with kids.

We had a trial but we decided to wait a year or two because my girl is not ready yet( never touched computer etc) so it was a bit too much for her. Despite of asking them nicely several times that I am not interested they kept sending me different free classes I never subscribed. Calling me at 3-4am I'm the morning how to log in before these classes I never signed up. Had to block them on email,phone, Whatsapp. I don't recommend them, pushy Indian company.

The worst administration, Never keep the promise on Amazon gift cards.
Waste of money, time and worst curriculum. Beware of customer service. Don't fall into their program purchase tactics.

I am very disappointed with the poor service from Byjus school.I registered for my two son coding class.But each of them must have the different contact information，so my younger son registered in my husband's phone number.But most of the time he is not at home，I can't get the notice before class，so my younger son always miss his lesson.I request for change the contact information to my number，but several month already，they still haven't solve this problem for me.Byjus school only contact me when they need to do the sales.
